Omari was still on the label & he & Chris still had copyright of the material that made it legal for him to sing the b2k songs but the guys are no longer on the label or contract so w/o that they have no rights to the name nor songs. it's possible that they could be sued if they were to take those songs & name and try to make money off of them cuz they don't belong to them they belong to TUG, epic or whoever. truth is w/o O they aren't b2k, and w/o them neither is O, it's ALL 4 of them.

LOL! we used to say that all the time. But honestly after you see an omarion show (or a few of them actually) you'll see a lot of why I think he needs B2K. He even sounds better singing old b2k songs (scream tour 4 he sang alot of B2K songs with the boys back vocals on a tape .. it didn't make him sound so shitty.) The fact that they had his mic on real high pitch didn't help either. He may sing the "best" out of the group but that dosn't mean he sounds good doing it.
