  • !!! Cant Go Wrong With Nvidia and Intel Together !!!

  • horrible graphics card absolute crap

  • except hd 3000 sucks at gaming

  • @johnchen0213 it is because new games are more demanding then previous ones I have nvidia gt525m I still cant play most games on highest settings

  • just wait to Ivy Bridge, then you can talk everything you want

  • You guys make top of the line cpus.

    Please stick to that.

i understand you guys want to make something so crazy that you can game with no gpu needed but lets be honest.. you didnt play ONE intensive game.

    Anyways Nvidia plus intel=<333333333333333

  • wow was that on a laptop

  • hey my need fr speed wold dont look that good and ive got the second generation of your processors , YOU TRICKED ME!

p.s:i hav 4gb ram and a WLED gloss display

  • @pokezionzook, they didn't trick you. Does your CPU come with HD Graphics?

  • @MSWindows30 yeah i hav intel i3 , cant remeber exact number but its the best i3

  • @MSWindows30, maybe you have to configure the game or something to have the graphics look like the one in the game or you got the low-end one. Processor are getting better and they are better than the one you use and better than the one that I have in which it was the first generation Intel Core i7. Can't wait to get a second generation processor with Windows 8. I want my next PC to have new technologies. Such as USB 3.0, PCI 3.0, and a new graphics card.

  • @zlutypanter @toutagamon Good conversation, I think the point is to show that for *mainstream/casual* gamers that intel HD graphics is more than enough for them, so save anything from £30 and upwards on not buying a discrete GPU and spend that money on a CPU upgrade; which will give better performance outside of games too. If the prospective customer is serious about gaming then yes, they should get a decent discrete GPU balanced with a decent CPU for best all round performance

  • @Smeggums, to play games like Need For Speed Hot Pursuit. Will Intel Core i5 quad processor and NVIDIA Geforce 400 or 500 series would be a good match?

  • which is better 2nd generation Intel® Core™ i7-2720QM processor 2.20 GHz with Turbo Boost 2.0 up to 3.30 GHz or 2nd generation Intel® Core™ i7-2620M processor 2.70 GHz with Turbo Boost 2.0 up to 3.40 GHz? what's the difference?

  • is the 2nd gen intel core i5 a dual core or a quad core?

  • @d4rkfuzion its a quad core

  • Alienware <3

  • Dude the performance increase is tiny in videos they show the 2nd gen vs 1st gen and it shows the second gen getting it done 30 seconds faster but really if u check the clock speed there is a huge difference 2nd gen has higher clock speed

  • 3 year olds can play FIFA 11?? LOL.

  • can intel integrated hd graphics handle the sims 3? the laptops built with it seem to be more business-oriented

  • @bbiancass

Yes the Sims 3 is pretty easy. Want Sandy Bridge for the best CPU/GPU.

  • I am ready to purchase a new computer, but I need to know where the core i3 second gen boxed processors are. Anybody know?

  • @dxjjv82e6e9y9 newegg.com

  • When is the release?

  • @petervo18 already out.

  • Try i2, i4, i6. :P

  • @8oOch9 hahaha, yes he should :P

  • need and i5 for shogun 2 dose anyone know where i can buy a labtop for shogun 2?

  • Those Games Look like something from the 90's, Crysis anyone?

  • i9 please

  • @PlRATEBAY pirate bay

  • Good deal on the NVIDIA agreement. It sounds like you two are creating excellent performing products.

  • @igeekone Can you tell me the source of this information? It's extremely relevant to my interests.

  • @XunosProductions "Intel and NVIDIA have announced a six-year, $1.5 billion dollar technology cross-licensing deal that marks the end of a long patent dispute between the two chipmakers (Arstechnica)." There is also a news release on Nvidia's website. Basically, Intel has access to Nvidia's technologies for usage whilst Nvidia keeps to using some of Intel's tech for their products. It's like AMD/ATI w/o the buyout.

  • @igeekone, oh my god! I'm a fan of both NVIDIA and Intel! I'm not sure what to choose. Just to be fair for both companies is that. I love Intel's processor while I love NVIDIA Geforce Graphics.

  • i prefer a graphics card but this is not that bad

  • You guys should have shown some more cpu limited games, like GTA IV, Arma 2, CoD Black Ops and even some Crysis and Metro.

  • @toutagamon I think you'll find those games are all typically GPU limited..

  • @Smeggums

No they are not. I am currently running two 570s on a Core i7 860@4Ghz and I have seen great cpu limits on all the above. (You can visit my channel for a more thorough review about this)

Also I'd suggest to go over to techspot and have a look at their Black Ops findings in their CPU part of the test.

For GTA IV, PCGH has a nice article as well.

For the rest, you know...Google is your friend. ;)

  • @toutagamon isnt that because you've got 2 x 570's, which gets rid of your GPU bottleneck for those games? And you do realise this video is all games running on integrated graphics?

  • @Smeggums

    You got me there! :P

  • @toutagamon obviously those games would run under 15 fps, why would they show them?

  • @qYp88

I was not referring to the gpu part of the sandies. I had a strong gpu in collaboration with the cpu part of the sandy.

  • @toutagamon the whole point of the sandies is NOT to have a video card on the pcie slot !

  • @qYp88

So you will have the fastest cpu on the planet without a decent graphics card? And how the hell are you going to play games anyway?

A sandy bridge is very difficult to be found cpu limited in most games, but it can find itself gpu limited even if you play Pacman! There are other reasons Intel included this basic gpu and gaming was not one of them!

  • @toutagamon they wont show it because they would work with low settings

  • @toutagamon you forgot FSX most CPU demanding game

  • @toutagamon also this CPU isn't for extream gaming

  • @toutagamon Why would they show the games that would lag?

  • @ZlutyPanter

Well, if they clocked it at 5Ghz, I bet it would kick some serious ass. But this is the Intel Channel and they don't do such stuff I guess. I'd gladly help them if they send me one! xD

  • @toutagamon I don't think so, high CPU tact wouldn't help...there is Intel HD GPU, it's like no GPU :-D

  • @ZlutyPanter

I meant 5ghz on the cpu, combined with a decent graphics solution. Who gives a rat's ass about that gpu anyway?:)

  • @toutagamon ROFL, of course if there were a 5Ghz CPU and good GPU, it would be a beast...but this vid demonstrates the performance of Intel HD graphics :-)

  • @ZlutyPanter

Yes. That's the fail part! xD

My whole argument since my first message was : SB is a great processor. The best processor on the face of the planet right now. So why demonstrate the stupid gpu? It's like having a Ferrari with bicycle wheels and showing off the wheels, not the rest of the car!

  • @toutagamon You are not right. There are some occasional players, that don't want to buy dedicated GPU and this may be enough for them. Btw. now I play also on i5 and Intel HD (notebook) and I will use it until I buy a new PC. ...maybe I could make also some benchmarks like you do. :-D Btw. aren't you going to test Battlefield Play4Free and NFS MW or other older games? For example modified Mafia with unlimited drawing mod etc. :-)

  • @ZlutyPanter

I barely have enough time to test new games, let alone older ones.:)

  • Asside from Fifa 11- none of these games require a good proccessor for their maximum output.
