I would have expected something like this to happen on a ps1 game when the technology was still somewhat new. "Next Gen" games should not be having "Last Gen" Problems.

"Last gen"? First, that's a bunch of bullshit. Quite frankly, only the PS3 is "next-gen". Blu-ray is the only new advancement.
Second, NO game I've seen on these "next-gens" is without glitches that shouldn't be there at all.
