Hi jcfdillon. When this technology was first put on my path I began using 3/4 copper pipe that you get at Home Depot for water lines. Then went to the 1 inch copper. Best choice for small scale would be a 1 by 8 inch stainless steelpipe. Or you could use a ceramic leg used in kilns.This would be better because it can stand more heat and comes in different lengths.Make your fire fire box out of a 1 gallon can suspended in a heat plenum.Use a fraction of the fuel. 3/4 to 1 inch best size.
Found you by searching for HHO water heater. After viewing your video clip number 14 (the one that popped up in the YouTube search), I think the excess heating of your system is such that the entire thing should be miniaturized to avoid excess heating. I would like to know what size system would provide all hot water and some space heating for a small well insulated house and garage of perhaps 2500 square feet maximum. Possibly about the size of thermos or smaller? Send updates please thanx!
