Better to grill then pan fry. also make some nice spices of your own and test em out. It is very nice to try to make ur own sauces too :). Another thing let the steak rest for a little bit so you can let the juices redistribute throughout the steak :).

I like it with a good sauce too - especially au poivre with cream & brandy - yum! I did let it rest for 5 minutes before eating, but i cut it out of the film, thought it might be a little tedious.
