  • this year is a new year now get up nd try insanity it works : p yea

  • My distance track team does insanity for our pre-season workouts. everyone, i mean EVERYONE on distance has a 6-pack now. WOO!

  • it looks like it is reacting to what hes doing is i am crazy some one reply and explain to exactly what it is bcuz i wanna get but dont want to waiste the money

  • I started insanity, Im on day 7 and those jumping jack push ups KILLED me. I got a pretty good score on every thing but those....Ouch.

  • Insane how they rip off p90x

  • @Garrikpz You don't use weights at all in this. And in p90x your not flying around your living room lol

  • @Garrikpz it's from the makers of P90X... you know that right?

  • Oh my gosh...Dreamy, i'm trying to pay attention but your face is distracting me :3

  • Your hot

  • Cool Vid! Hey man, I cant help but wonder how long are each of exercises and how long to workouts per day? also can you hook me up with some names of good trance artists and songs? :D Thanks a bunch

  • try insanity with a 65 lbs weighted vest that shlt fucked up man i had to reduce the vest to 20 lbs to actually get through the work out i recomend buying one for your work outs

  • I love it

  • im into my 3rd week of doin insanity..IT REALLY WORKS! my whole body is tighter and toner. Umm i've slighty lost a bit of fat but i cant wait for the results at the end of the 60 day challange.

  • hey i was wondering when do u start seeing abs or the vlines i have 3 weeks doing insanity

  • @VENOMRETRIBUTION10 u see abs when u gain ab muscle.. and lose belly fat.. therse no set time depends how much fat u had in the begginning

  • @AY2014 I read this and had to say something. Everyone has abdominal muscles, they may not have strong abdominal muscles, or a fat percentage to show it, but they do. You can still be overweight, or obese and still have strong abdominals, or a lot of obese people may have visceral fat(hard fat), making their stomachs appear rock hard strong. Everyone has a great body to show, you just have to take down the curtain of fat ;-)

  • so funny ppl asking does it work does it work does it work does it work...holy shit...anything works...you could do any cardio excercise and lose weight /get ripped...its not the latest workout its not the newest supplement....anyone who knows anything about getting into shape will tell you...its excercise and diet...no big secret...i could make a video of doing jumpiing jacks for an hour and tell u 6 meals to eat a day for free...get off ur asses and fulfill ur new years resloution

  • i love Insanity! it really worked for me =)

  • wat they didnt give me that book

  • @BFH2591 i think thats deluxe pack for 220 or some price like that

  • @vleon1012 p90x is easier than insanity, 10 times easier, dont listen to people who are payed to tell u that they are the same as for hardness.

  • just got my set today, i love a good challenge. i cant wait

  • i weigh 140 pounds and im 5'7 ....i dont want to loose weight i just want to get fit again havent been active foru about 6 months now since football was over .... will this get me cut and help me build muscle?

  • @eddielightzz Insanity will definetly help you get cut, and as long as you make sure you are eating correctly it will help build muscle also. You do have to be careful though, if you aren't eating enough you could lose muscle because it's so intense. If you are just looking to build muscle you might want to look into P90X, if you have any other questions feel free to ask me. I'm a coach and I've been through both programs so I can help you out.

  • id really appreciate if you can upload all of the exercises i'm trying to loose weight but i don't have enough money to buy the insanity,so please do so.write me back please :D

  • Love the video! Great work!

  • i tried Insanity for the first time a while ago, the workout is so intense.

  • "This is serious quad burn!" You're telling me! Finished day one yesterday and could barely walk down the stairs after the fit test! My whole upper legs were shaking! Against my better judgement I took the dog for a mile long walk straight after the workout but it actually helped my legs recover as it acted as a leisurely cool down for my muscles.

  • I started this 2 days ago. I had to get my girlfriend to put my socks on this morning. 58 days to go? Really?

  • do you need one of the door trainers? the one that goes in a door that you do pull-ups on?

  • Comment removed

  • do you need one of the door trainers? the one that goes in a door that you do pull-ups on?

  • so hard

but is it alright to stop for bout 30 mins fro a drink or somethin then carry on and i do dont think it really works its so hard its killing me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • im tired jsut wataching this

  • @The 5 10 guy. If u want to get into better shape do insanity. Push yourself to do it cuz wen y get done you'll b happy with wat u c after the 60 days. I'm 15 and I have abs and I'm not happy with wat I c in the mirror and I bought insanity and wen it comes in I'm going to push to get it done. As long as your determined u can do anything and everything

  • theres no way i could do that

  • I'm not in shape at all im 21 years old and I weigh about 250 not to mention I'm only 5' 10". I want to change because Im not happy with what I see in the mirror. I have a question is it safe for someone like me to use? I know it will be hard but Im determined to do it. If anyone has an anwser please let me know

  • @indistructable516 If you are not in any kind of shape i warn you, dont try this. This is not for beginners i tried this after being recovering from an injury. I was in the military so i was used to pushing my self, but this is like never running before and doing a marathon the next day. What i did is i started slow, walk fast around the park, then run around the park. Eventually i felt i was fit enough to push my self. Then i did insanity and it was very hard. I felt like puking a few times.

  • @indistructable516 If you are determined to get in shape, see if you are determined to running a few miles a week. If you can be determined enough to do that for a month, then you are determined to tackle this insanity work out. Good luck to you.

  • so is there like an age recommendation? and i hear you lose muscle mass etc cuz of this?

  • I didn't get insanity yet, I should add. Today is Saturday so I should get it this Monday. Thanks again.

  • I ordered insanity a few days ago. I'm starting the fire department in July and I really want to be in shape by than. I'm 20 years old, 5'5 and I weigh about 190. I should also add that I hate vegetables. Literally the only vegetable I can stand eating is corn. Does any one have any tips for me. Also what should my ideal weight be? Thanks in advanced!

  • @ideezydgaf1 I'll shoot for nothing no more then 170 (not fat like actual MUSCLE) I'm 5'5 and I'm a lean 150

  • i wanna lose weight but i dont know if i should get this or the p90x.....Is it a good workout, do the results really show

  • Did you stick to the whole diet they gave? Seems like a pretty expensive diet to take up.

  • tania is a fing cheater!!!!

  • doesit really work ?

  • @realreiny Hey sent you a message message to you on Youtube

  • can anybody please tell me if this program really works? if it does i wanaa buy a dvd

  • how many times should you do it per day?

  • i did the test in PE today (grade 100) IM NOT A BIG GUY AT ALL 5FT 7" and a bit i weight about 125lb but i succesfully did this at regular time. good workout tiring but worth it. i play football and baseball so i want to buff up my shoulders and chest any tips?

i try to push myself in pushups my max pushup count is about 40-45 my goal is to reach 70 by the summer (beach vacation lol)

  • Today was my first day. I just did the Fit Test like a couple hours ago. I am an out of shape guy, so it was really hard for me, but I pulled thru at the end. Day 2 is tommorow!....I dread the day >_<............. But I'm determined to do this!!

  • can i get the whole 2 month workout online?

  • i wanna try this program :D

    on a side note....ur cute btw ;)

  • Insanity is insane, but I love it!!! I was 260 when I started, I am down to 235!! Aweeeeeeeeeeeee!! Beast mode!!! Beast Bound!! Lets get it!!!

  • I JUST FINISHED INSANITY YEA! DIG DEEPER!!!!!!!! 60 DAYS

  • yes it will

  • yes it is

  • dude you look beat at 4 mins lol how far into the workout were you? ima start this with my own diet of nothing but protein shakes and meals. i wanna lose at least 20 pounds i weigh 165 right now trying to get back to my soccer days when i was 145 able to run a 4.0 lol that wasn't to long ago but i kinda got lazy and need to lose weight fast you think this will help in two months?

  • which one is better P90X or Insanity?

  • hi im a very skinny boy im about 140 lbs, over the past year ive been working out almost every day and i get stronger and not any bigger. But i eat at the same rate as my sister shes about 170. Is this just my metabolism or is there somthing wrong with me?

  • my husband who's a marine weighed 220 for his height of 6'1" and he's only 21. he saw the infomercial one night and told me "baby, ima get a hot body just for you" it was so funny cuz i thought he was joking. then a couple days later the dvd's came and started working on it, by the time he finished the first dvd, his sweat were all over my yoga mats. he just recently finished it and i saw what he promised me..i want to try it too but he said i might hurt myself, so i should just stick to yoga.

  • I see why they call insanity lol be careful man . ur in the army now haha

  • hey im 14 155 lb and i am a vegetarian so yeah i have lots of energy since i eat lots of fruit etc ....i jog 20-30 minutes every other day and i've been thinking of getting this this i just want an opinion first before i buy it and u seem like the perfect person to ask lol

  • hey man where can i get a copy of this video online ?

  • Hey Jason, nice video. I just started today the "insanity" today and I got about the same results. Some are a bit better, some are a bit less. But overall I think I'm in the same shape you were when you started! I'm looking forward to the upcoming weeks!

Well gotta get something to eat, I'm starving!

  • @kiger08 are you doing the nutrition guide

  • @phamrecords

No, I don't. I just figure you have to eat healthy and I think it's important to have some variety in your meal and not to eat the exactly same every week. I'm still going to eat pizza one time every 2 weeks:P But as long as you eat enough carbohydrates to restore your body's energy level, you get vitamins and not too much fat, it shouldn't make a significant difference.

  • @kiger08 Oh me too but do you use that recovery formula stuff

  • @phamrecords Well, not the one that's on the beachbody website. I have another formula and I use that, which is slightly different, but works for me just fine. It has enough proteins, carbohydrates and some other stuff that should help recover the muscles. I bought it at a local sport shop and it was really cheap compared to the beachbody stuff.

  • some of these exercises look absolutely ridiculous... especially the screwed up pushups

get ripped by Youngen Throwed ;]

  • omg i did this twice and it killed me im only thirteen lol but it was motivating. i got sick the next day though :(

  • omg i did this twice and it killed me im only thirteen lol but it was motivating. i got sick the next day though :(

  • Just watching this looks tiering

  • i just started insanity and just finished day 5... i dont think they could have found a better name for this program... it is just that... insane! i started this program in the worst shape of my life and im now eating perfect (always had horrible eating habits before) i have already lost 11.2 lbs after 5 days!!! so excited to keep goin!

  • I'm on day 4. the 1st 2 days were tough, day 3 got a little better although my muscles are sore. this is hard and does make u sweat! im gonna try to stick with this. i hope i see results soon!

  • Today was my fit test!!! IT WAS INSANE! uhg uhg uhg. lol

  • I did day 1 today. Toward the end I could hardly do anything. I did 2 rounds of P90X prior to starting Insanity. Today I was slipping and sliding in my own sweat on the floor. This thing works.

  • is insanity "fun", does shaun keep you motivated like tony horton from p90x does? thanks

  • @MrSpeed101 are you kidding me.He's like a

    drill sargent.

  • OK i really want to use the program my question is this; Living in an apartment on the second floor will i be a nuisance to my neighbors down stairs?

  • ur cute!

  • hey im overweight 320 pounds do you think this is for me ?? be honest plz

  • @kdubboyblue Don't kid yourself. You are going to have the most difficult time of your life. I've seen some of your videos; you are not way out of shape either.

Your main concern should be to exercise moderately for the first 3 months, start getting your muscles and joints ready for the program. If you haven't exercised for a long time, I would not recommend diving right in with intense cardio movements. You'll end up hurting yourself.

Do a bit of running for a while, but DO GIVE IT A TRY.

  • @ghordan I absolutely agree. Take the steps necessary which start small and build gradually to bigger goals. Insanity should be your future goal while you prepare your body. If you want a beachbody style program then try something like tony's 10 minute trainer or slim in 6. Otherwise just start with light cardio and muscle training.

  • @dude04345 I started by just doing moderate self-made up exercises until I discovered P90X but didn't do much as my goal was to lose weight. I just could trim any body fat with that program. Then I tried P90X+ which was better but still could shed much pound. Of course, like most exercises, due to my condition, Hypoxemia, I run out of breath, no matter what--it's physiologically impossible for me to push myself above certain point or I'll pass out, literally.

  • Then I discovered Insanity. In less than 2 months, I lost 8 pounds, then the next 2 months, another 5 lbs, until after 6 months, I was down by 30 lbs. Got to my ideal weight of 150+ until I started gaining for the sake of not losing too much weight. At least, in my case, Insanity seems to trim fat like no other program.

Note that I do only 15-25 mins sessions. I cannot do the entire DVD at once as I explained why. I do half one day, another the next. I do random DVD's each day.

  • @ghordan You need to get a tank of Oxygen with a long enough hose to allow you to work out without tripping on it. This will keep your oxygen level high enough so you won't get hypoxic. Are you also taking ipratropium and albuterol before your workout with a nebulizer?

  • @DavidAZteacher The image of such devise hanging out of my mouth while doing Insanity workout is comical and impractical. Hypoxia is slightly different from Hypoxemia. I don't take any medication other than water. My sister used to take Albuterol as she was developing some asthma symptoms. I too had a short brush with asthma attacks when I was 5 but the doctor told me it was temporary and it was. I never feel I have a problem breathing while I am not exercising.

  • My problem stems from the air sacs being over stretched for some reason. Hence, they don't get to deliver oxygen to my blood stream as much as they should and muscles in return get tired fast and produce more CO2 which is circulated back to the lungs and accumulate there, creating an upward pressure so the air intake would eventually become less and less feasible. This causes CO2 keeps getting built up and resulting in Hypocapnia--too much CO2 in your brain makes you dizzy and unbalanced.

  • Every time I exercise, I usually go on a brink of loosing my vision, noises are gone and can barely breath. It feels like being under water for 2 minutes, then coming right out, doing a 400 m dash, do a 5 mile speed cycling, then going under water for another 2 mins, and when you come out, that's how I feel at the end of my endeavor. I am always baffled when I see guys stop exercising as they can't take it anymore but can talk and breath. If you can breath, there is no excuse to stop.

  • @kdubboyblue After doing this for a week, and barely surviving, I would say it's best to drop some weight first and get into a position where you're comfortable with your cardio and being to keep up with such a fast paced program. Also, this workout program is very demanding on your knee's with lots of floor exercises.

  • @kdubboyblue Honestly, I don't think that it is. I would get in a little better shape before doing it. You might hurt yourself. I'm 170 lbs and it KILLS me. Just my advice.

  • @kdubboyblue I would recommend talking to your doctor about it.. I've read a question like yours in their forum and their concern was your joints. I will not lie, this workout program requires you to do a lot of jumping and that is a lot of pressure on your knee joints. So just to be sure, consult with your physician or start out with a less strenuous workout and work your way up.

    Hope this helped

  • I did my Day 1 Fit Test today. Wow. I'm so out of shape! At the end I felt like throwing up. I will keep at it, though. THanks for the post!

  • i'm starting insanity today! i'm uber-stoked for it

  • Well! My second day was today.. And I am SORE. I have a question for your guys opinions.. I CANNOT do a push up. Im not extremely overweight, 150lbs but I CANT do a push up so during the "Ski abs" and other shit I simply did what I could..AKA..girl push ups.. Lol. But I kept going! Through all my pauses and everything I kept coming back lol I WILL WIN! But my question..Is it worth it to keep going even if you have to down tone the moves?

  • @NicoleH92Lee O absolutely (I'm guessing it's Nicole =) ). You are doing EXACTLY what you need to do. Find what you CAN do and do that but every workout try just a little harder, every week do just a little but more, and by the end of 63-days you WILL be able to do tons of pushups. Everybody starts somewhere but what's most important is that you start! So congrats and keep pushing play!

  • @dude04345 if it means anything.. i tihnk my legs are gonna fall off. LOL :)

  • @NicoleH92Lee todays my 2nd day too. And I am freaking dying >_<. Good luck to the both of us ^_^

  • @NicoleH92Lee well its hard to strengthen anyone thing when following a specific plan, but what you do is do the most pushups you can, if thats 1 thats ok, as soon as your burned then do as many as you can on your knees. this improves the same muscles. slowly lowering the weight keeps you going. then they will heal and handle more and more.

  • @NicoleH92Lee I started the disc one yester day and I have a big good sort of pain in my stomach from it and it feels good and if you can't do a push up then the way you will is by doing what you can and it will burn off the calories so then your lighter then you are when you made this comment and you will have more muscle so then it will be easier then now

  • @NicoleH92Lee get the peak performance recovery drink they mention it works cause i know what you mean from first day/second day soreness because i did the fit test first day i almost felt like i coulda fell down the stairs of my house lol and if you tone down the workout its alright cause you build strength the more you work out and eat right so try hard

  • Great job! I've been doing insanity for the past 2 months along with other things that I do. Spinning, running, pilates. This is by far the hardest workout ever! Insanity is the best. The hardest are the power jumps! My gosh. I do 10 in a row, take a 3 second break and keep going! It feels great though! Keep up the good work!!!!! How much was your weigh in and how much do you weigh now?

  • I've got a question, on the day that you did pure cardio/cardio abs do you do them back to back or do you take a break in between them.

  • in between each excersise, how long did u break?

  • @joshisasecret

    30 seconds

  • i really want to try it,but i know its gonna royally kick my ass. im so outta shape its not funny.

  • i'm going to do this but i'm scared now lol because ur in WAY better shape than me.

  • is the mat included?

  • I just finished my first day, I am in the Navy and granted it has been a very long time since boot camp I feel like I did alright. My numbers were:

    Switch: 63

    Jack: 51

    Power knee: 71

    Power Jump: 20

Globe Jump: 10 (I ran into a desk or else I would gotten 11 lol)

    Suicide: 15

    Push up jack: 28

Low Plank: 34 (you whopped me there)

It really shows how much p 90 x has helped you! What where your final fit test number anyways???

  • after month 2 do i go back doing what i did on month 1 ???? anybody?

  • @mostillstyle647 sure, just mix it up. You could even alternate every other day with a regular day and a MAX workout day. Just mix it up and keep it interesting for yourself. There is no one specific way.

  • Ey Jason, I started again today and I was wondering, did Tanya really do 110 on the switch kicks? did she count per leg? How do you normally count? Coz I counted 80 (L and R leg counts as 1)

  • @aotayde2

Man I swear that chick was cheating lol

  • i have a question... i just recently had a dislocated shoulder like a month ago and i need something to help me build muscle ...is insanity right for me?

  • Quick question, each work out you do in this day how long are they?

  • lol this is the kind of work outs they do in the military

  • @armywife8011 No. The military isn't this hardcore. Maybe the marines are. The military is more worried about short sprints and packing loads like they would be doing if in a warzone, the army just changed their workouts to reflect what is going on overseas

  • Best part is from 3:29 to 3:34 Great job. You notice a great change in your body's physical shape and conditioning? I'm thinking about doing this to prep for summer. Worth it?

  • I had a question. Between P90X and Insanity which one would be better to start with? Another question, if you are drivin to accomplish the goal of either one could anyone do it? When I mean anyone I mean weight wise?

  • I am halfway through p90x run #1 and going to do two first before I get into insanity... I am keeping the mental endurance, that is how I quit smoking and p 90x was hard during the first week too..

  • can anyone tell me wat keeeping your core engaged means

  • @mdog06 in other words keep your abs tightened, as if youre holding in your stomach. as you do the exercise.

  • First day with INSANITY. Just about fainted at the end when the cool down came around. Would you agree that doing the workouts first thing the morning is the best time? Also how closely did you stick with the 5 meals a day schedule? My Harris Benedict equation calculation worked out to be 2,936 calories per day (for weight loss). Nutrition is definitely a huge factor when attempting to get the best results.

  • @dail23 i would work out in the morning because as my Sgt. explained if you workout in the morning you are burning pure fat because you haven't eaten yet. If you eat before you work out you burn what you just ate. Wether or not that it true i honestly could not tell you but it made sense to me and Ive stuck by it.

  • @justinusmc1988 that is wrong, a lack of understanding on how the body functions.

  • Today is my 5th day of Insanity workout!!! It kicks my ass so bad, I know I am out f shape big time. I just hope that I can make it through the 2months.

  • dont talk shit about P90x now. P90x and P90x plus will get u strong and flexibel and faster. insanity will get u faster and little stronger. the both are really good but i have just done P90x and doing the plus now. they are really great. starting insanity after that :D

  • you go boy, i have the hip hop abs i think im gonna start with that first right now

  • Started it yesterday it is so hard but Il get through ut

  • Today was my first day doin the INSANITY workout. I will b honest wit u guys, i couldn't even do half the workout lol. I thought i was n shape Yeah rite. But iam gonna stay ccomitted 2 the workout. I was about 2 faint. INSANITY goes HARD.

  • @gannie19 Crazy stuff eh? It's far from easy but stick with it and you will be absolutely speechless with your conditioning!

  • @gannie19 yeah, I didn't get through pure cardio after a few attempts. Even with my energy level improving my legs are often too sore to do the insanity workout, it's really hard on the calves.

  • week II I am already starting to lean out-Shaun T is awesome!

  • i did the fit test yesterday... i hurt... lol...

  • i jus saw a commercial and i was like wow i need to buy that to get in shape :D

  • that is exactly what I got, the exact same product, it looks like a "book" with the DVDs neatly placed inside (and yes they all work!) and let me tell u the exercises are challenging trust me. its the real deal

  • All I can say is wow... I must be really out of shape, I did not think I was that bad but really am I guess. I got this and just tried doing the fit test and literally could not jump up after 2/3rds of it.

  • How do your joints feel after your workouts? That's one of the things I'm really concerned about!

  • whether u exercise using the beachbody programs or not, u'll still feel something in ur muscles but that means that u are giving them great exercise and working off body fat...just buy icy hot or nuprin for the muscle aches...but also get the recovery formula

  • @Dancing4Forever I'm not concerned about the muscle pain - I think anyone would realize that that is just a part of working out. Joints are my big concern.

  • @THEaTEAM52 that's what I was referring to also...the joints....u can use nuprin for that after the workouts

  • Insanity is no joke. I'm starting again tonight!

  • I know that's right! me too! :)

  • 1 tip of advice

when using knees in fights (muay thai)

    u point ur foot down

i dont know if it matters in workouts

    im just sayin

  • I started this 4 days ago, omg its one of the hardest things I've done but I'm having a good time with it. he REALLY pushes you lol

  • cant wait to start

  • Love the video, motivates me to workout as much as I can until I can purchase the DVDs. xDD

  • I have a lot of strong opinions about these things but I ordered insanity and am really looking forward to it. My friends have been on p90x for 2 months and quite honestly arent ripped at all. thats not to say that it doesnt work but You have to eat healthy while you do shit like this to loose the weight. Its a lifestyle change not just a 2 or 3 month program. burn 1000 cals on a workout and getting a chipoltle burrito isn't gonna help you loose weight and I cant see muscle under your fat.

  • @bradpolinsky u r so funny ...eating chipolte

  • P90X comes with a specific diet, mandatory to follow which is MORE important than the workouts themselves.

  • i just need to drop 13 =D ima checking out workout vids any suggestions on a good one? msg me links to good work out vids please!

  • hey guys, i have a question for u: so im working out for 7,8 months (bodybuilding) , and now i wanna get ripped .... the point is i still wanna go to th gym... so can i do the INSANITY program and go to the gym?????? thx a lot

  • @ripperhannibal Yes and you should since this is NOT for bodybuilding but mainly cardio.

  • oooh im sooo buying this! =D

  • a lot of these guys are overwight but not really fat like 70 pounds overwight ....i dought that you can actually drop 100 or even 50 pounds with the program in only 3 months ...i mean 30 pounds is not bad its a good start but this wouldent work for every one would it?

  • I bet you he went a bought a pizza after his workout

  • would you guys recommend this to someone who is just now trying to get back into shape? just bought it and and pumped to try it!

  • do it man!! the last time i went to gym was last year and i passed my first week of insanity, i felt great

  • I am doing it for 21 days.. my numbers are: 135 68 110 85 18 23 35 75.. I used to workout before this program, and I have played soccer since I was 8. now 18... and I want to loose a little bit of fat over my body, to get ripped.. this program looks good, I will do it until i get in the shape I want, no mather 60 days or 100..

  • I make the same sounds when I fuck

  • wait.......................wait what? lol

  • someone answer me this....does insanity work?like with body sculpting?im trying to get my pecs, abs, and arms tone, ive gotten fat someone tell me what i need to know!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @BAllen9024 yes it sure does! try it!!

  • hey just did first fit test today and wow lol hard!.........numbers are in order has posted on calander.....49,31,74,21,7,10,22,34.....also did plyo cardio curcuit today so i can have sat as rest day and not have to wait till this sunday to start

  • Sweet man, your rockn it!

  • insanity is better because well no weights and no dumb bells is needed and p90x you need all the extra stuff for it and the commurcial said that all you need is the video and i was like??? then when i found insanity they said all you need is your body. ALSO. 90 days on P90X BUT 60 Days On INSANITY I PICKED INSANITY QUICK WORK OUT IS THE BEST

  • @mangsanhanha apples and oranges, people who do both say P90X is better for building strength because you use weights, but Insanity is better for burning off the fat. A lot of people mix the two together for the ultimate workout.

  • @trevormac77 yea your probley right about that ultimate workout by using both

  • @mangsanhanha I like doing both a hybrid of both programs is ideal.

  • you people don't get it!!! Shaun T has a BS in Sports Science...so maybe he knows a little bit about what he is talking about. and nowhere does anything say you will look as big as he does. i'm sure he lifts weights to get his body to look like it does...what?? he can only do his work out video?? he can't lift weights??? this work out is to GET YOU IN SHAPE..not bulk you up..if you want bulk lift weights with the P90x

  • @ebonystahr thats crap. your body provides the resistance so you don't need to buy all the dumb-bells and crap. why wouldn't it work? if your getting in shape your bound to get toned also.
