My only concern is that your vocals are louder than your guitar. It could be that you have the guitar panned to the right side(and my right speaker is blown), but I have my stereo panned left, so I would think I'd still be able to hear your guitar fine.

Taylors make good lower-end models, as does Martin and Guild (GAD series). The Guild GAD-30R is the model I was playing for awhile..great sound for the price. Hope this helps. Bradly
