No, It will only firm and make the muscle below them bigger. Your man boobs will still be jiggly on top of the muscle and appear bigger. You need to do cardio.

I can do about 50 pushups and around 20 dips for some reason. I go very far down as well, sometimes to the point to where my elbows are above my shoulders. Though my pushups are very slow. About 1 pushup every 3 seconds.
not at all. with dips you are lifting 100% of your bodyweight. with pushups, it's not that much. pushups are too easy. dips are a lot harder and better
How can I do this without any gym equipment? Is there any way?

you can replace benching with pushups and have plates on your back if the benching feels unnatural

More like 1/2 - 2/3 body weight tops. I way 90kg, and did pressups on a set of bathroom scales. The weight fluctuated between 50-60kg.
