It looks like he's just sliding around and break dancing, but if you notice there's a steady fire position every time he pauses slightly. He's basically showing all the stable positions to use a pistol while on the ground, but all in one motion.

Not to mention just the guy's flexibility and control over his body mechanics is remarkable.

@PanzerRatten Exactly. It's like a kata. This routine won't be used in combat, but it teaches muscle memory for all the fire positions, each one would be very lethal in a fight.
