  • Seems stupid to me. All it does is rotate..

  • Hello...

Can you tell me what the name of this song is!! I've searched Google with some of the lyrics hoping to find the band but had no luck! :-(

  • where can i get this for a good deal? I want one but they are expensive

  • What is the song playing in the background? Its awesome!

  • Fail! The earth doesnt move on its own.

  • @Sunesen How do you suggest the earth moves then?

  • @VdubYo Well, like it says in the description its the engine that moves it. So it doesn't move on its own.

  • who sang the song used in this video?

  • LOL at the description... "low friction electric motor" it has coils inside and it's more like a compass... trying to point north, but it can never find it, so it keeps rotating... no motors, just circuits...

  • @luisdanielmesa actually i asked the company about this directly. there is a solar-powered motor inside of it that powers a motor. the magnet keeps the globe upright and the magnetic field allows the motor to move the outside while the "guts" stay aligned north/south.

  • @chadhorn so an electric powered motor that powers a motor... errm. Read it again, correct it and get back to be.

I got this info from James Randi, and that's what this company told HIM after GIFTING him one of the globes... So, they either lied to you, or as i assume from my first sentence, you explained it the wrong way.

  • @luisdanielmesa see: google turtletechdesign -- they invented it and own the mova brand. i meant to say a solar-powered panel inside that powers a motor.

  • @chadhorn i know who invented it, that's how i got here to this video.

  • yeah its like 500 bucks for the 6 in. size... WTF

  • it also costs 109.95+ S&H and tax..

I think it's cool but for 120 bucks? umm no

  • The rotation is solar-powered. No AA's, not just a spinning ball, not just one of the eyeball-balls that roll and stay upright.

  • ummmmm..... takes one AA battery though

  • @darksharingan1998 no it doesn't.

  • ya considering it took 6 years of developing, im pretty sure noone has seen something like this before

  • The music is awesome! I've seen those sort of globes in person and they are pretty cool.
