I'm surprised that there are no comments to this. This is really interesting and something I can relate to being a cyclist with hopes to become one of my countries first cyclists to compete at the Olympcs in over 40 years. I came a step closer by making out National Team and competing in the Commonwealth Games last year, which helped to show me just how much more work I have to do. This helped to motivate me a bit more seeing someone with a similar situation to mine; having to work and train.
