Frank's training looks like some sort of elementary workout session while Cung's training looks like it actually is professional. No wonder Frank lost. Just doing balancing stuff on the ball and playing with plastic swords. Lee on the other hand, did actual physical training with another person, punching, kicking. He even did the treadmill.
