@xRainbowsandRazorsx You would put the overhead paper over your drawing and then trace over is with your overhead pen. Then cut out your shape/words/whatever you drew. Then you take the piece of overhead paper that has a hole in it in the shape of whatever you wanted to print. You take that piece and put it over your t-shirt. Then you put the paint on the sponge and press it on to the t-shirt so that when your done your shirt will have the design you wanted.

When ironing it use a baking paper over, all the info should be on the fabric color box. I usually bake it off in the oven, 60 degrees for 20 minutes instead (I think it was..)
