Those cars pictured are 356 B T5. Those were produced from fall 1959 until Septermber 1961. Thereafter, the T6 was produced until Fall 1963, followed by the 356 C that went out of production on April 28th 1965.
On May 26th 1966, Porsche delivered another 10 white convertibles to the Dutch Police.
Hand built w/ lots of VW parts.

They're T5s (drum brakes, rounded front hatch), being fitted with what look like Super 90 motors (solex PII carbs).

the Porsche in production is the 356C, which means the video is from 1962-1964.

No earlier than 58. Those look like 356 B cars to me, which were produced between 1959 and 1963
