how you get to grandville if your a hero

This is the last mission on the Statesman's Task Force which is set in Grandville. It is an instanced map of a small section of Grandville and not the actual Grandville villains use.

I don't remember what recipe I got there. Probably an Unbound Leap: +stealth, I get those a lot for some reason.
