If you did and Nintendo found out they would refuse to stock your store, but you pretty much has to sign a contract with them that you would do nothing of that kind.

Amazing, I have 100's of NES systems and they all work. My 1st system from 1988 still works. These 20+ year old products are still far more reliable after all this time than the xbox 360 because I'm on my 4th 360 console.
