I can't do the first song on standard, not at all, but the second song is easy. The strange part is that I find it harder to hit the really slow arrows than the faster ones. X_x

Bubblegum4pleasure: Yes, this is US except i believe it is called battery bar settings. On this setting, you can only get four wrong, once you get four you automatically fail. SpiNMeRoUNd713, this applies for you, too.

I guess it's just me that I hate starting out with horribly done licenses/covers and only a few decent songs and being forced to play an obtuse unlocking mode for god knows how long just to get to the unlocked meat of the game.

This completley ruins the US versions for me.

Yeah, play Dance Master Mode on DDR Extreme 2 it should help build you up into being rather good at the game & practice a lot.

Most likely Supernova (SN). I like DDR Extreme 2 a lot, but I haven't played SN much. I played it a little bit & it seems a lot more advanced & harder also, but that's only from playing it for a little while.

Nope, I wasn't using the mat, I mainly use the controller especially for the harder stuff, but I'm decent at the mat & can do most songs on Easy, Light & Standard. I'm not much better than that with mat though.

I do use the mat, but I have limited space in my room & it's upstairs so it makes noise for the people downstairs.. If you want I can make some vids of me on the mat, but it's a pain to setup.

That's pretty decent for only 1 1/2 weeks, you'll get lots better at it, it just takes lots of practice. ;)

Both songs are on Standard, but they're set to where I can only miss 4 on each song & it's over.
