I see you let you use paste on the heifer caves, but let the horns grow on the bulls.... I'm curious as to why this is? Are they not more dangerous to handle with horns? Here in Ireland most bulls would be dehorned as calves.
Those look like the great bulls they sell on RFD TV, except better! You should take great pride in your business, because you deserve it. The bulls look so happy jumping around! Great job.
@KamatzKatan Doh! They are called Hereford's after the City of Hereford in England, where they come from. So that is how it is pronounced anywhere in the World!
Your bulls are grate , gratulactions ! I don't see fat on anyone, only musles. I'm from poland and in our contry we have herefords to, but not too mutch. I wana have bulls when i get my dad farm. And it will be hereford or charolaise . On start i will buy more or less 15 cows. I know that my english isn't good but i hope that you understand me :) Best
@halfbloodweasley Thank you for your comments on our bulls. We take pride in raising correct muscular fertile breeding stock that are sound of their feet and legs. All of our cattle are efficient converters of feed to gain. Our operation is efficiency based and has been managed that way for over a century. I am proud to be the sixth generation involved in raising these cattle and I hope I am half the cowman that my ancestors were. "Forever live rural America" Thanks for watching!
Herefords are the tamest cattle you can get, right up there with Shorthorns. Bulls like those can sell upwards of $2000 to $10 000 or more, depending on the producer, though I'd like to know the price of these bulls too. Excellent conformation on these guys, great for use of herd bulls and using on purebred stock. "Heffers" properly spelled "heifers" are female cattle called so when born and after they've had their first &/or second calf.
fucking beauties

Excellent animals.
Being from Hereford in England, the home of the Hereford breed, I came across this while searching the name.
One thing I noticed is that you pronounce Hereford as 'Hear-Ford'. This is not correct, it is pronounced Herry_ford.
All the best, take care.

Conformation I see and like: straight topline, good shoulder width, length of body, nice feet and legs, and most importantly, docility.
Great video, thanks for sharing it!
