  • where do find this place i was just getting into games around the turn of gameing i played some but i need MOAR

  • @hinatasuperfan21 The California Extreme show will be in Santa Clara CA (near San Jose) in July. Check Google for more info.

  • Carolyn is super cute!

  • I wish a place like that existed around here....

  • Never had seen the video for this song. really good job guys.

  • Should be in Rock Band

  • Who found this from TDAR?

  • chris anitista yes! :D

  • Doesn't the singer in the video look like Drew Carrey?

  • @WaronMax I've been told I look like Drew Carey, Patton Oswalt, Matthew Broderick...apparently I look like everybody but myself.

  • @OneOfSwords One of Swords...where have I heard that before...? Wait, you told people they were listening to the official OXM podcast. I see now! Anyway, awesome video.

  • Hey guys I have been listening to you music for awhile now, and I just wanted to let you know that you deserve so many more views.

  • CAX RULES!!! Happy to see my Frontline and Elevator Action made the video. Sadly, I won't be making it this year but party on gamers, it's game geek mecca! Did you shoot some of that late late on Fri after setup or early morning before the insanity began. Great job...great lyrics.

  • I hope you do a video for "Rage Quitter". That would make my day. Just seeing all the Rage in the Rage Quitter and what Jude and Dan would be doing in the song. For some reason I imagine Dan and Jude on bicycles with their instruments and it zooms out to show their not really moving but it was a green screen then it goes to the Rage Quitter. That song makes me think that. I feel stupid of what I first said of this video. I love all the songs! Keep up the epic work Dan and Jude!

  • And now I notice it's not just him, several people from Gamesradar are in here, awesome.

  • Chris Antista at 1:20? So that's why he pushes this stuff on Talkradar. Still love it anyways.

  • KOXM MISSES YOU!!!!

  • Are you (Dan) the guy wearing the Bunny Ears in Maximum Hangtime?

    That's pretty sweet!

  • @DrClawizdead (Jude here..) Yes! A digitized Dan Amrich does make a guest appearance in Maximum Hangtime. He has an uncanny knack for three pointers.

  • One person... Hates arcades.

  • @wraithsarkatekt To each their own. Maybe they thought the song was lame, maybe they didn't like our jokes, maybe they had a grudge against Activision...ya never can tell.

  • I love this song! Needs moar views. :D

  • It's been a year since your last song. How long do you thinki it'll be before you'll release another one?

  • @madmandable We are working on several new tracks at once. We have been updating people on our website, which is the band name with a dot com at the end. :)

  • @madmandable We finally got the next one done and just released it today.

  • why he got pink shoes ? 0:49

  • @Broadcast1255 Because he is the spirit of the 80s, and in the 80s, people work pink shoes just like that. Really. It was even considered cool.

  • @PaletteSwapNinja haha Stil awesome

  • i love you guys.

  • Awesome video! I love it

  • Finally a game about me ! :P

    Love it...one day.....one day I WILL visit CAX !

  • If you can name Dan Amrich's sex name that was said on Talkradar you're a winner

  • You guys should make serious lyrics for all of Weird Al's original songs... Just sayin...

  • Haha chris and brett from T-Dar Btw dan this is awesome

  • Really appreciates what your doing with you music and you should never quit! Keep it up! :D Also, to Dan, One of Swords has come a long way since last year. Good work!

  • You do realize Bowling for Soup simply played a cover of SR-71's 1985 right?

  • @rhdscrambler Yes. But this is based on the BFS version, as you can tell from the arrangement. If it was based on the SR-71 arrangement, it would say so.

  • wow i have that same hand held pacman

  • GAMESRADAR CREW CAMEO!!!!!!

  • no matter how many times I see it, the sight of Henry Gilbert dancing makes me chuckle endlessly

  • is the shrine actully a place filled with these old games?

  • I am crazily addicted to this song...I set it as my alarm sometimes so great keep up the awesome work guys.

  • Holy crap! Is that an 8 player Destruction Derby WITH Marquee @ 2:34?

I've been wanting that cabinet for a while now.

  • @DrClawizdead Nope, it's a Sprint 8 by Kee Games -- several years older than a Derby.

  • i have one of those atari tshirts!

  • oh Antista

  • Also, NEVER, and I mean never forget Jude! He is half of PSN (Note! PSN is Palette Swap Ninja, not Playstation Network!)! Jude and Dan. I haw heard MANY songs and you guys beat half of them! Always fun to hear. Always a tad bit funny!

  • Wholly Shit! That's Dan Amrich? I honestly thought you looked familiar! I didn't know it. No wonder you support games! That's your job. Also, former-KOXM and OXMer. YOU ROCK!

  • lol I love Henry's dancing in the background.

  • This should have more views. Watching again...

  • Hey guys why are you lip-syncing? I love the song and all the others but me no understand the lip-syncing.

  • @ohnny4 That's how videos are made. We had already played all the instruments and recorded all the vocals ahead of time -- it wasn't supposed to be a live video.

  • @PaletteSwapNinja Oh. Sorry, I just don't usually notice it. I love all the songs. My favorite is Three Head Lights. Hey, you guys heading to iTunes? I would love to donate .99¢ or $1.99¢ to pay for a song! Also $2 for a music video. I like the songs because I'm a serious gamer and you guys support game in your music. You guys doing concerts? A tour? Also, your not on Wikipedia.

  • @ohnny4 We are both planning to attend PAX East but we are not on the bill to play the concert. Instead of selling tracks, we sell t-shirts at our website (band name with a dot com). And we would love to be on Wikipedia, but I believe it's not the kind of thing you are supposed to do yourself -- we're just waiting for a fan who knows how to format the page correctly. :)

  • @PaletteSwapNinja yeah. I'm not that fan. I absolutely love the music but I suk at WIKI formatting and how to build a page. If I did though I would DEFFINATLLY build your page and find every bit of information.

  • you guys fucking rule! i wish someone would do this in pittsburgh!

  • Amazing Video

  • Amazing video

  • Great Stuff!!!!

  • Epic woot!!!!!!

  • This is very well made.

  • Heard about this on KOXM. This is a great video that describes what I'm going through. Thanks!

  • AWESOME!! You finally got the video done!! I was there talking to you guys while you were filming it! I KNEW it was gonna be awesome & it sure is! Great HD!!! The show was so fun!ove the the way you edited the video!GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this song and video is great. dan's 80's look is so damn cool. the arcades will come back when someone reinvents them for modern gamers.

  • Fantastic as always lads :)

  • Wow, Dan Amrich really has a Marty Feldman eye.

Oh, its ok to say so. Just listen to Talk Radar #80

    gamesradar(dot)com/f/talkradar-80-dan-of-the-hour/a-20091204102030164063

  • @Zippercdrr It's okay to say so. Irrelevant to the video above, and kind of rude to bring up anyway, but okay.

  • @PaletteSwapNinja Don't get me wrong, I love you guys. I probably would never of noticed except for that Silly Talk Radar Roast.

I find my self listening to these parodies more and more. Shoot, I've used, and had used against me, Learn to Spell.

  • Awesome stuff as usual, lads. And it was great to spot some of the GamesRadar crew and AJ Glasser! Not to mention the song and video are fantastic.

  • no shit. i can't believe there aren't any arcades anywhere. i miss it. are "nickel arcades" real? where are they? what games do they have?

  • From the bottom of my heart I thank you for this , it brought back fond memories of working for Namco back when arcades were still around and still big. if ever there could be a resurgent "throwback" it NEEDS to be arcades.

Sure online gaming is fun , but there's NOTHING like being among friends playing classic games in an arcade.

  • Awesome as usual!

Great work, Dan. We miss you at OXM.

BTW You were interviewed once by portalxbox from Brazil and they read you my question as to when you would tour here.

    You remember that, right?

  • Oh, Antista and Elston are in this vid, which ones are they?

  • @milkenobi Antista is the one playing Crossbow at 1:19 and Brett is playing Bubble Bobble with Carolyn at 3:02.

  • Funny ... tacky ... perfect!

  • I love Dan

    he is such a dork

  • Great!

    Greetings from Germany!

  • love it !!!

  • Damn that takes me back............to last week. Great vid, love the lyrics.

  • Interestin

P.S. The epicness of Dan's outfit at the beggining almost caused my mind to asplode.

P.P.S. Awesome Pacman Dice at 0:31

  • FUN! And I must say all of my favorite vids feature cameos by Dave Cobb.

  • Where is this at???? I need to go there!!!!!

Great job again Palette-Swap Ninja; what song are you guys thinking about doing next?

Also, Dan, KOXM fans miss you.

  • @GaussCannon Opps, I look at the website again and it said it right there. It was at California Extreme 2010. I need to go to California!

  • Huzzah!

  • Great stuff Ninjas! Dan, I sincerely hope you dress in that pink converse + jacket and tie combo every day.

  • Boy, this video takes me back,,,,,,

  • This was AWESOME! You Rock, Dan!

  • It's cheesey as fuck and I love it to death

  • lol, dan you rock

  • That was flat out awesome. Palette Swap wins again!

  • TALKRADAR SENT ME HERE

  • AWESOME! I hope you guys make more videos, but considering how much it took to make and edit this one, I guess there won't be many! Thanks for this anyway, especially the scene with Brett and Carolyn, duno why!

  • Mad, mad props.

  • THIS SONG IS AMAZING...like best song ever. I love all the appearances of Games Radar staff...and damn Dan you have the best outfit in history. I am truly jealous sir.

  • 55 likes no thumbs down.

  • this is sik.....lol

  • Nice hair style!

  • Full of greatness! Love all the Palette-Swap Ninja stuff and awesome to see the gamesradar guys pop in

  • Hank the motherfuckin' tank! You are a dancing machine.

  • Son, it's good to me!

  • great job Dan, Brings back so many memories, I miss those great games like Qbert and Digdug.

  • pure greatness

  • FINALLY someone put an xbox controller that was actually on. It just annoys me so much in tv,movies or commercials that show people "playing xbox" with a turned off controller. So I salute you Dan Amrich for turning on the xbox controller.

  • @maniac923 Not kidding -- this is the stuff that matters to us, too. Glad you appreciated the detail.

  • 0 people hate arcade games

  • finally. Thanks for the foreplay on tdar. This is awesome

  • Awesome. Love it. I have been waiting to see this since I heard about it on Talkradar. Again great jobs guys.

  • Goddamnit I love Dan Amrich so much.

  • Great video. I must say Henry Gilbert gots mad dance moves.

  • lol nice pink converse :D

sorry Dan but Chris Antista is too legendary

  • @bloodshot1245 We tried to contain his awesomeness but failed. He just got more awesome.

  • @PaletteSwapNinja Dan even you know the Antista must be let free like a hot steamy pizza. but joking aside great video. Kat did a great job with all the filming and such. PS send me your pink converser

  • @scottydoo32 I got them from jacksshoes online -- they carry the widest selection of odd colors and limited edition Chuck Taylors I've ever seen.

  • This is the greatest video ever and the best parody song of all time. It feels like the song is about me, it's always been my dream to own an arcade and sadly that's never going to happen so I collected a couple of my favorite machines.

    Thanks you for this.

  • YES!

    very awesome!

i miss arcades, but stuff like this makes them immortal.

    very awesome!

  • PSwapNinja with a smattering of Gamz Jarnlists. Perfection.

  • It's done! Awesome! Great job, guys!

  • Chris Antista showed up all over this video

  • I know all the words :) love it :D

  • God this gave me chills! Such a great song and I love how almost every game named was shown, great job Dan and Jude! Keep the amazing PS songs coming!

  • Fantastic work Damn Amrich! also, lol@ Chris Antista and Brett Elston, nice cameo.

  • Bloody fantastic. I love when Brett and Carolyn turn around to say "Arcade gaming shrine", Brett looks off-screen immediately after.

  • Hey, there's Dave Cobb (Flynn Lives t-shirt & cabinet seller). HI, DAVE!

    Great vid, Dan & Jude.

    FQ, S!

  • @ManOChair *waving* :)

  • Granted, I was born in '84 (which means I was too young to remember the 80's arcade scene), but this video still makes me feel old on account that I've played almost every one of those games in this vid, and can still understand the various references.

  • Love this song, guys! Great job turning it into a music video.

  • WOO IT'S OUT!!!

    Heard about it from Talkradar!

  • amazing!

  • This video is AWESOME!!!!

  • Also, Dan, I love your clothing.

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE IT
