It's not bad, although it needs to be better structured, I feel. The end montage is WAY too long. At 1min 48secs is absolutely has to be cut by well over a minute. It's right, I think to have at the end, not the start, of the reel, but keep to to a maximum of 30secs if you can. The order and length of the clips should be altered as well to improve the overall impact of it. There are certainly the ingredients here, but at the moment they've not been mixed correctly!
