What to do is to study Costa Rica, Costa Ricans do not come here illegally- WHY?

Illegals are from all central america and Mexico , some from South America but none are from Costa Rica. ???? Same culture, same peoples, same catholic church, No military. Some other factor must exist that cause Costa Ricans to stay in their home country.

Bilbray makes very good points, but what also is essential to reducing illegal immigration is the huge magnet called birthright citizenship. There would be no whining about the separation of families if birthright citizenship did not exist. It simply has to stop.

Illegal aliens know the risk when the come here, this is nothing surprising. Let it be known, if you come here illegally, we dont care how many kids you have or how sick you are. You will be deported. If it angers you, if it pains you, look in the mirror, for you knew what you were doing all along. Wait in line, the same way I did. We do not let US citizens get away with breaking laws because they would be separated from their families, so we will not do so for illegals.

Amnesty should only be given to those playing by the rules to become US citizens and not to those that think they don't have to obey our laws.

caliusa- YOU are correct in that seperation of these families will cause too much pain and therefore it is much better for ALL if these ILLEGAL ALIENS and their repsective ANCHOR BABIES are ALL DEPORTED and NEVER given the privilige of becoming a US citizen simply because they BROKE the US LAWS when entering into the US regardless what their reason !
