  • that dude looks sooo stoned @ 3:50

  • oh my god dude! i'm so trying this. I've had a hard time drawing dinosaurs TY!

  • the eye is a little too human

  • @nioor very interesting question: how looked a prehistoric eye like?

  • @yelrrojo lol

  • You've draw the eye in the wrong place man!! You have put it in the preorbital zone

  • wow

  • That is some seriously awesome drawing!!!

  • sieht sehr geil aus!

  • i dont like

  • no

  • amazing

  • круто

  • Amazing job

What program and hardware do you use for doing this ?

And gives af shit were the eyes are placed.. When its art.. You got the artistic freedom.. Its your hands and only your hands who decide the outcome of the work..

  • Exellent work, nice job dude. :) ...wish i had photoshop..

  • very- very well done...!

  • ok THAT IS AWSOME!

  • frikin awsome

  • YOU FAIL! The eye is behind the lacrimal horns, not below!

  • Dude, be nice. I'm sure as an artist he's interested in critique, but there's no need for "YOU FAIL". He did NOT fail, it's a beautiful painting, with an issue in one minor detail that he could not have known without being a paleontologist. YOU fail.

So the eye doesn't belong in the antorbital fenestra. Big woof. Grow up. If you want to point something like that out, be kind. Don't post to the wall, send a private message.

  • @TheNunchuck What a bullshit! C'mon guy, What is this morality?

I'm not a paleontologist but I know! Why? Because if I do paleoart I study the anatomy of the creature. And since he posted the video in 2007 not in 1903 the anatomical knowledge are necessary so as not to distort the knowledge of users who don't know.

So is a fail. Take it easy. There was no need to warm you up so much.

  • @COSODELIRANTE

Hi, I want to apologize. I probably could have said what I said in a better way. I guess it might help to understand if I told a story-

This last year I spent four months working on a movie for youtube. I put everything I had into it, every penny, every bit of time I had, and every bit of time I didn't have. I was so excited to share it. Then, it was finally finished, and I posted it to youtube and facebook. The very first two comments were rude and unkind (contd)

  • @COSODELIRANTE

(Contd from before) I was crushed. I had a life dream of creating films, and had felt like it was going to happen- but now when I put myself out there it seemed people thought my work was garbage. I normally am pretty tough about stuff like that, but it hurt. I seriously considered giving up. And it was over a few unkind words on facebook. That's why I got so upset . . . I'm sorry if I offended you. I guess I just saw an echo of what happened to me, and reacted a bit harshly

  • @TheNunchuck Dude! If there'sone that should apologize it's me. Maybe my post was really rude but, it's the truth! If the people try to distroy your dreams don't give up. Because if you leave people made this, the fault is only yours! Use the criticism to do better! ;)

  • @COSODELIRANTE Thanks for being patient. We may have a difference of opinion, but I think we understand each other. I agree criticism is essential to improvement, but it must be constructive and kind criticism in order to truly be helpful. Best wishes my friend

  • good draling

  • Awesome job with the Allosaurus and I like the music, but the Allosaurus eye is actually suppose behind the horn on it's head, if the eye was infront it wouldn't be able to protect Al's eyes from the sun, But still Awesome dude.

  • OMG:o

  • oh-my-god that is the best painting of a dinosaur i've ever seen. are you an artist?(dumb question) you should be the artist for a film or somthing with dinosaurs in it. THAT IS A BRILLIANT PAINTING!

  • speed painting? 5min? i dont think so....

    but nice painting!

  • @fluffow , It took 6 hours. The intro on the video stated the actual time; which is still astonishing. It was just quick-timed for our enjoyment. :)

  • my little nepew liked this.He is in love with dinosours awesome work ...lol...

  • don't want to be tube-troll, but you did the eye into wrong hole. it should have been in the next one ;-) great picture none the less though!

  • eye is in the wrong place, but still amazing!

    o, and sissydalton2?

id like 2 see u do better

  • that looks better than the real thing! 5/5 dude

  • You put the eye in the antorbital fenestra!

  • That's amazingly good using a computer, and he keeps deleting lines because they are only used to help the artist find the boundaries of the "painting". If he tried doing a straight stencil, it would look horrible.

  • its cool but how is it speed drawing its not fast and u keep changing it

  • ur dumb

  • how long did it took u and it was dorky OK and u draw like its dead Ur not a good artist

  • yay for graphics tablets!

  • eye`s in the wrong place! but very cool !!

  • amazing!!!!

  • You put the eye in the wrong cavity.

  • Le erraste al ojo che

  • Cool! I líke dínosaurs!

  • is this all on the computer?? I want to learn about this and how to do it.

  • lol saying heres a fun fact then saying something nerdy? u sound like the dood from mall cop! lol

  • 0:24 genius

  • very nice i can do that 2

  • its very cool

  • very good. but, you get points off;for the wrong location of the allosaur's eye. it actually belongs directly under the horn, between the anterior and posterior fenestral openings.

  • nice job! ;)

  • Fun fact; Grass did not exist until millions of years after the dinosaurs died out. Nice job though... =)

  • @logic314 if grass didnt exist..then how did the stegosaurus and triceratpos live???? why am i replying to a comment from 7 months ago?

  • @LuxaythehedgehogX they ate leaves of trees and bushes.

  • @logic314 actually the phytolith finding refutes this. what you originally suggest is the past theory of grass evolving around 55 million years ago but current records now show that it has been around since 67 million years ago proving it was in the time of dinosaurs

  • @narutothe4thson Interesting, I will read up on the issue, thnx for correcting me.

  • @logic314 i read about it but could be absolutely completely wrong. just wanted to point out there's a possibility :P didn't want to sound like a jackass though

  • @logic314 wait really? first time ive ever heard that,

  • @logic314 Yes it did... Really?

  • @logic314 too bad its not a fact anymore. Update your knowledge!

  • Umm...why did you draw the eye in the antorbital fenestra instead of the orbit?

  • holy shit! how long did it take for you make that?

  • oh nevermind

  • He said 6 hours at the start.

  • very good job, but i didn't like the result.....

  • very good job :D

  • wo tats really good

  • Fantastic! I was watching it with these eyes .--> O.O

  • The eye is screwed up...

  • e tesao

  • hahaha

    very very good job

and that is an interesting technique you used with the tracing the contours of the skeleton

    very very cool :)

  • I wish I could draw like you...

  • AWERSOME

(sorry for my english :D student from SVK :P)

  • you've put the eye in the wrong skull opening, the right eye socket is the one behind the one you put it in.

  • Omfg why is he Fucking destroying the painting Whit Settiing fucking Grass

Omg The painting would be able to be in book if it didn't have the grass on the painting Jesus crist man!!!

  • wow, FANTASTIC

how long did you work on it???

  • Jesus, I think you'll find the "Grass" you're talking about is actually FERNS, so yeh, if you think that's grass, you don't know jack shit

  • Comment removed

  • Way cool! me like.

  • In Jurasic times there was no grass-it hadn't evolved yet-I like the multi layered look of the Dinosaur-it's shimmery-but it probably had feathers. Bombastic Fart! The next movie-seduce me? that depends on who you are-Oh and how do you spell the sound of a FART?

    2.you joined on my sister's 11th birthday.

  • Very Good

  • and yes grass was not around at the same time as dinosaurs u fucktards..

  • what dumass said grass was older than the first species of life

  • you put the eyes in the wrong place

  • You put the eyes in wrong place LOL!!! you know your right LOL!!

  • I'm not quite sure I like the texture of the dinosaur. No offense though, this is brilliant! He looks slippery, if you know what I mean ^^ The shine is too much. But like I said, this is brilliant nevertheless^^

  • que chido 1 +

  • that was an reply for an guy. great dino dude very good drawner

  • dont you haved school bitch, grass is older then the first species of life

  • No it isn't. Never mind that species of grass (there are something like 10,000) are life forms themselves.

As for grasses and dinosaurs, 65-million-year-old phytoliths resembling grass phytoliths has recently been found in Cretaceous dinosaur coprolites.

The first living things on earth are thought to be prokaryotes. The oldest fossil microbe-like objects are dated to 3.5 billion years old.

  • Colactic ur wrong, you should watch some videos from ''

    Walking with dinosaurs ''. :-)

  • Hey got this picture from the San Diego History Museum right

  • nice job.love it.

  • Nice job!!!

  • lilarouge sorry to bust youre parade with no grass but there was grass because if you read books about dinosaurs were the allosaurus live around herbivors who ATE GRASS! p.s. great drawing! could have been a bit better but still im realy good at drawing dinos but i cant get that good. (yet!)

  • other then the eyes in the wrong place... It's awesome,

no where close to that could i get in 6 hours

  • Cute job, but there's one little mistake. Grass - it didn't exist yet in dinosaurs times. First grass has appeared few million years later.

  • 2:56 lol lazy eye

  • why u telling him shit..? like u can do better

  • eye is in the wrong place dood

  • there we did go 65 mil years back in 5 min good job;)

  • If I may offer a legimate criticism, your final texture gives it a wet amphibian look, whereas a typical reptile would have a much less reflective dry, rough pebbled coat. That said, your digital painting skills are top notch.

  • I'm subcribing you're so good!

  • VERY COOL its a great drawing

  • five stars

  • Your skills are superb! 5/5*

But you placed the eye on the wrong place. ^^
