If I'm not wrong, this part is about them recreating a Smile Gang segment back in 2003 where they rank table tennis "paddles"

And Nana tries them out and then rank them according to how good those 6 items are as "paddles".

6th: Hangar cos its almost impossible to use

5th: The grey thing cos it slips from hand.

4th: Handphone. Even though its good its dangerous.

3rd: The small silver thing cos its too small

2nd: The bra

1st: The dried fish.

And finally Misato asks Nana to use the dried fish again and when she did the whole thing broke apart (LOL)

So Misato said something about the "paddle" having a lifespan and Nana replying that it can only hit 3 balls.
