I am very familiar with the Judeo-Christian scriptures and find they have great value. What confuses me in looking at thise set of two videos is there is nothing contrictory in what Scripture says as to what CWG says. Scripture can be taken any way you want to take it and my only trouble over the years in my understanding of it came thru the Church. The Church is what is confused. CWG is not. Please someone tell me what teaching does this go against as to what Christ said who is not Paul.

There are many different gods that humans have invented. Apollo, Zeus, Horus, Hercules, allah, etc. The most popular one of the last 2000 years or so is Yaway of the bible. Walsch is talking about a one consciousness system, that he calls god. He could of just as easily called his book Conversations with the universal oneness consciousness.
Mainstream Christianity is based on fear......the fear of a murderous Old Testament God who sends people to Hell for eternity........and you have clearly demonstrated that here............You have used that fear, to manipulate minds into not allowing any new thought..........and enjoyment of living without that fear.......
What makes more sense? God made us completely imperfect and since a single woman ate a fruit, all her descendants are corrupt sinners that must fumble through life, pissing off God (who are we that we have this power over God's emotions?) and ultimately end up in Hell for eternity?
Or... that God made us perfect, as God wouldn't make a mistake, and God loves His creations and would never condemn us to an eternity of suffering for the most horrific sin of never even hearing about his Jesus?
It figures that the author of this video uses trickery to draw in viewers. Rahter than labelling his creation "A Christian Persepctive on Covnersations with God - Part One", he calls it "CWG - Part One" so as to decieve viewers looking for the actual video into watching it so he can attack and judge concepts that so far above his head that they boggle his mind and send him scurrying to his nonsense views.
I mean, seriously, between "CWG Pt 1" and this video, which lied to get you here?
The bottom line is - if a book or teaching or teacher etc. works for one and affords the experience of happiness and fulfillment then who is anyone to say "you're wrong to do that. It's my way or the highway"?
I believe fear has nothing to do with God. God is love. Love and fear are diametrically opposed. I commend these books for successfully articulating the wisdom of the ages to a broad audience. "The Bible" as we call it is simply a collection of bits and pieces of things - some historical, some allegorical, some mythological, some moralistic based upon beliefs of the time/place they were written, as well as some elements that are truly wise and useful no matter when/where one lives.

My husband read the series of "Conversation" books and believes them to be terribly, terribly wicked. I was convicted not to read them at the time and understand now how easily people are lead into error.
The manner in which "god" (small "g" is intentional) speaks to NDW is clearly not the God of the Bible, nor the Christ.
It is terrifying to think that millions upon millions of people will open themselves entirely to this concept and with no protection against demonic activity whatsoever.
God bless you for doing this extremely important work for the Lord Jesus, ConcernedChristian58. He is indeed the ONE Way, our ONLY Saviour.
