@azarymelekh Two things to check: first, make sure you are using the right Pioneer cable, not just an iPod USB cable; the reason is the audio is sent through the attached audio/video part of the Pioneer cable. Second, go to the "Settings" menu, select "A/V Settings" and make sure "AV1 Input" is set to "iPod". That should do it! @scottydo17 The CNSD-100FM is the product you need to upgrade your system to 3.0 with the latest maps. You can find it in the "Accessories & Add-Ons" section (sorry, YouTube blocks links in comments).

My husband had the AVIC installed in our car last month. There is no sound for my IPOD. We've tried using a sound cord but to no avail. My main reason for having the AVIC is to listen to my IPOD. Please help!!

Of the two models shown in the video, the AVIC-Z110BT does allow YouTube video clips to be played on its screen when connected to an iPhone. Sounds like a great idea for another Learning Lab video! Hope that helps.

@PioneerMobile my iphone is able to play music but none of my music videos or movies will play. what should i do?

I noticed that, for whatever reason, not all of my artist can be found by VR or even by alphabet search. But I can locate them by manually scrolling to it. Is this a bug?

Also, a more annoying bug, is that if you turn it on and do not have the Nav screen up, to hit OK, it will not load VR or BT. If you do hit OK, and press VR within 30 sec. BT will fail completely and will not work until it's rebooted.(Z110BT)

@DawgBone Confirmed, If the OK button on the map screen is not hit before BT connects, BT calling and VR search of the ipod screen will partialy fail untill the unit is restarted. If VR is accessed in less then 30 seconds after boot of the unit, VR will not start and will display a constant loop that it is starting up but it will not complete untill unit is restarted. This completly defeats the purpose of VR and hands free. Unfortunatly reporting issues to Pio support is met with hostilaty.
