As many as it takes, or they can start making key arrests in DC and a few other locations. The 'secret service' be damned if they get in the way of a legit arrest and detention of criminals they are paid to protect. They should be the first ones honoring their oaths and making the arrests themselves of those criminals, war criminals as well.
