  • it makes me laugh the way you bull in 1 min more like bullshit in 51 seconds of wasted time honestly why would you do it polish them don't be gay carrying hair spray round you should know better being in the army

    rir till i die

  • works a treat.

  • this is good until it cracks and scratches

  • Thank You it works wicked you have just got to keep toping it up !

  • This just sums ups yours and everyone else who agrees with what your doings professionalism........FUCKIN ZERO

  • Mte thats fucking brilliant you have found the way forward btw do you know what that works like on a pair of lowas

  • why in the hell would somone want to take shine boots on ex, you are ment to be unseen, not reflecting light back at the enemy. good trick! might try it. tune!

  • why are you bollock brains givin the guy jip? it works doesnt it? why sit for hours bulling when that gets them to the same standard straight away? ive used it, and it works, so whats the problem? and personal pride? whats the use in sayin "oh i sit and polish my boots for 4 hours everyday" when you can do them in 1 minute and spend 3 hours 59 seconds gettin pissed with the lads. this guys a switched on cookie, what reg you in by the way mate?

  • Lucky you. When it rains, I hope your boots turn blue.

    Shit way to do it.

  • pointless, what happens when u start walking?

  • o my what a beasting you would get if you was found doing that, the rubber aint posed to be shiny dont do this if in the army or think its a easy way of getting polished boots cos you will die of exhaustion!! + them assualt boots are not the boots you wear on parade, parade boots have a different kind of cap at the front of the boot making it easy to polish in to a mirror!

do it the proper way, we do it for a reason !

  • if you want to cheat there are better ways and in cadets as i am the best thing to do is have multiple pairs of boots one of which never gets worn exept on parades and thatway you only need to do a single full bull and then just top it up every parade

  • mate look im in the air caddets and i polish my shoes and get a better shine than u do spending 1 min and they are darker than real polish and more smooth aswell the extra time and effort pays off realy well plus doing the effort gets u higher up coz they see it as pride +commitment = higher ranks 1min + paint + not a verry good rank

  • ACF CCF who ever your with do not do this you will completly wreck your boots

  • i am a cadet at the royal engineers and i tried that it was good until a whent to camp i got killed for it if you are new cadet DO NOT DO IT

  • offf

  • urr i tried thiss and now itss dull and looks lke shit wat do i doo i cant get it on

  • @tazzfire5 the best way to get it off is to scurb it with wire brush

  • fecking great stuff we used to use clear floor polish well done sir...the Guardsman

  • Thats cooooool!!! Bu polishing it your self is kinda fun too.

Although i consider using this method if time is running out.

  • ..... Or you can always get comeone like me to do it for you..... :-)

  • fuck whoever works to get outta work, do the hard yards and be rewarded

  • any new recruit about to join up ignore this bag of shit, great for the cadets etc,you will not get away with it if you are going to the guards or any normal infantry regiment, the platoon sgts, csm's will suss it out in seconds, this sort of thing is nothing new, they were trying stuff like this way back in 1980 when i joined up,only the lazy cunts try and cheat, and they always get caught which only means more work for you, also for the people who think you only get one pair of boots, well you dont

  • there a bit 2 shiny! but i like it! u should join engineering! lol

  • the guy said his came off in chunks on a night exercise, dont the paint come off if you stamp in like turning and coming to attention and marking time??

  • No m8 No!

  • If your on exercise dont do this, I tried it at cadets (I know it is a bit gay I join to shoot a gun and shit) and the paint came of in chunks on a night ex

  • why would you take boots like this on exercise?

  • We do, probably because we're unorganised and poor. But still. These are what we wear

  • he decided to put this shit on his field boots, me being 2IC of my section, had a quiet word with the twat, and watched as we did an ambush and this laquer came off in chunks

  • @Guyisaritelegend rifle*

  • you say "like some brain dead infantry man" remember the main reason we have an army;) 4 the MEN tht wernt scared to fight.

  • Fucking lazy. That ruins your boots anyways. And any good Seregant Major can useally tell if you cheated ;)

  • you idiots thats cheating and guess what if somebody messes up your boot then you can't get pissed because u didn't work hard enogh like other people do

  • That's fine if you are using them for display.

  • that looks quality but won't the lacquer crack were the boots bends when you walk?

  • will this work on low quarters too???

  • That will eventually ruin your leather..

I wouldn't do this guys! Unless you have too much money..

  • I am pretty sure he is in the army. They get free boots.

  • LMAO if i see any1 polish there boots like tht on civiie street id be fucking shocked nd proberbly lagh at how shit his life must be. ;) i love the army

  • where can you find some of that and for how much

  • HALFORDS...

  • LOL! ;-)

  • haha fantastic

im gettin me some of that shit

    nice man

  • that's so funny. You are one clever devil. or lazy sod

  • Job Done! I just use one quick spray over the toe caps, rather than your lots of little sprays. But hay, it's all gravy. Oh, can CPL spray's cheap and smells like pear drops :)

  • wow jrotc cadets are even smarter than you

  • so what is your tips for bulling boots? i cant really get a good shine on mine because their brand new.

  • Does it actually work though? i seen the shit what happens when they crack

Someone did it in our platoon and they got bollocked 4 it!

  • oohhh, i wasn't exspecting that. Whatever you can do to make them shiny i guess proper soilder my buns

  • Oh your in ther army, cheers for that fella... knowone cares. Im in the army as well and you should know the saying "its not doing it thats the crime, its getting caught"

Fuck that shit, id rather spray my boots like a switced on soldier than sit down for hours bulling boots like brain dead cannon fodder infantry who have nothing better to do with there time.

  • id rather be a proper soilder and do my boots propley

  • you'd fit right in, cannot even spell properly right.

  • :) It's true that he can't spell properly* but I think he's right.

I don't think it's extremely important for you to shine your boots this or that way but it does give oneself a sense of satisfaction when you've really earned the compliments you get on your "mirror" boots. :) I would prefer that.

    Just my two cents.

  • What do you have against infrantry? Infantry rocks!

  • Depends what for. Remembrance parade, and such, I'd say bull. A week on guard, spray away...

  • @globalpca14 mate, talking like thats giving the army a bad name, i guarantee youd get a beasting if any of your superiors caught you at that. i dont think youre being a "switched on soldier" i think youre being lazy and undisciplined.

  • @globalpca14 ever heard of a little something called 'personal pride'?

  • @globalpca14 Switched on soldier?

More like a honorless undedicated scumbag. How about you spray that shit up your nose until everything goes black.

  • @globalpca14

    Well said :D

  • @globalpca14 personally i find it rather relaxing, and once done, it doesnt take more than 45 mins to put a good shine back on a boot...

it depends on what their for... rememberance parade its proper or nothing you know?

  • You spectacular cunt! You contridicted yourself, saying they dry, then there wet on parade you nonce.

Firstly they wont be wet by parade cos its clear laquer, it drys like plastic (hence why it is used as a base layer for paint)

Secondly, they wont ruin your boots, you would only ever use them for drill so it doesnt matter anyway and you can always get more issued for free.

Thirdly, you spend less time bulling boots , so more time ironing kit.

Shut up Fella, You Fail, now do one.

  • ja ja the spray will wreck your boots, so what, just get some new ones issues, hey presto!

  • Don't know how many videos I went through with a few beers and a can of Kiwi on Sunday nights getting ready for Monday morning inspections. Once you get a good base it is only a few minutes. That spray stuff will wreck our boots.

  • It's not that hard to actually shine your boots. Watch a movie/show while you shine away. You obviously have the time if you're posting to youtube.

  • we do this in the army cadets with hair spray.

  • Ok, first, I've tried this before. Do not do this. It makes for a great first impression, but after that, your boots wind up cracking and "flakeing". You're better off just investing in the time it takes to "kiwi" the boot up, and give it a new polish once a week.

  • i used in and put on 4 coats on the toe caps. it didnt crack and that was after 1hr of drill. dont put it on any creses or parts of the boot that move alot otherwise it will crack. Otherwise its great.Obviouly if ur a real soldier dont even bother.

  • you suck man

  • niice

    thankx man

    thats an awesome tip

  • LOL. I'm going to try that.

  • Any good officer will be able to spot that a mile away. Fuck, if you don't have the discipline to polish your boots properly then what the fuck are you doing carrying a loaded fire-arm around? Shit I'm a civilian and I take the time to kiwi my boots. And they look better than that shit; all tacky shine, no glass.

  • if i found any of the cdts in my sqd to b using tht i wud go mad at em and it ruins ya shoes the joy of being a cdt xD

  • damn bro...you dont know what you just did to your boots. completely fucked em up...

  • snap crackle pop went the boot tops

  • Slacker.....

  • i baught this stuff it works lol saves time and if any sgt ,corpral who ever finds out u used it say u were using ur inisutive get mre stuff done

    improvise overcome adapt

  • Oh come on now, that's just cheating. A good shine is all about the muscle work you resources you put into it ;)

  • ha, nice one.

I'm going to use that on my 2nd issue pair.

  • nothin happens in the rain it just runs off yeah if u put it on the creases of the boot course it will crack just like bees wax does after a while

  • Private!! What's that smell!! What's that smell, private!?

Why's the shine on your boots cracking, private!

    Lazy.... :O

  • cheater cheater pumpkin eater

  • It cracks after half an hour yes, but if it gets wet , no problem. Such a simple idea, saved me so much time and in no way lazy.

  • You sir are lazy. You can't even help us find a non-cheating way to shine your shoes,

  • bwaaa hahahahahah

  • first of all thoes are combat boots, and when tour doing drill in thoes boots they will crack so easily

  • its just ordinary car laquer that is meant for cars with a metallic paint after youve sprayed it - ANY car supplier shop will sell laquer it doesnt have to be from halfords

  • nice, but does it crack easily or scuff easily? and what happens when it gets wet?

  • It cracks, some fake copper stood on my toe cap, crack!

  • i wish my boots were that shiny...but once it gets wet ur fucked

  • dude were do u get that shit?

  • Halfords?!?!

  • i ment in australia or can i get it shipped in 4 a cheap price?

  • Just Google car laquer, any make will work!

  • Thus the reason you only got through ROTC and not beyond...((The Boot Shine King)) aka BOOTZ

  • u fucker thats cheating. the reason u mus shine your boots is because they want you to spend time and effort on your boots, and u spray that shit? u rock on man...

  • it is good if you are in a hurry but if it rains it will leak everywhere

  • Very, very bad idea - few of our cadets tried something similar. As soon as it starts to rain it all runs off and all your left with is a blue chemical mess and a bollocking from your Sgt :P

  • brilliant idea i have a brand new set of boots and the chance of me breaking them in and having them bulled in two days is impossible

  • It'll fuck the boots up

  • hmmm looks like u put a ten tone of water on ur boots and the water is reflecting the light.

  • it is good but it happends to turn blue when it gets wet but it is good 4 a parade in front of the comanding oficer

  • dude...bad idea...

  • good effect, but doesn't it damage the boots?

  • yes they will crack...

  • lol that is THE BEST!!

  • best is weapons oil

  • stop fucking bitching at him do you realy think he gives half a shit you fucking mother bitch. ANYONE WHO GIVES THERE LIFE AS A SOLDIER DESERVES RESPECT

  • Stop being a cheap ass!

you know how much crap i got in for doing this the first time i got boots!

  • that is the cheap ass way of doing things maybe you should do it right next time

  • can you still see the grain doing it that way ??

  • to good to be true! sureley it must crack like fuck and fall off when u walk, or turn funky colours or foam up when it rains????

  • lol

  • omfg this is so retarded clear laquer. omg u guys are so freaking funny XD

    haha nice job

  • dont do it when its raining i heard they froth up.

  • lazy ass my drill instructor fucking gave me 500 push ups and made me spit shine his boots and mine when he caught me doing this

  • a cheaper way would be to use hairspray, but not that asdas own shit

  • Use L'oreal, if you think you're worth it. ;-)

  • You're one smart Soldier, I'll be sure to pick up a can of that shit for on the go.

  • it cracks after a few months but dont ruin, i hair spray my parade shoes and the shine lasts for months

  • Like i said alderson53, who cares if the boots get damaged ? You just get more issued again, and its not like your using them 24/7 (unless your the sort who is on showparade all the time). There not gonna get damaged from a parade every now and then, wind your neck in.....Yes the shine will last for ages.

  • how long does the shine last for?

  • haha. for some reason I actually enjoy shinin my boots with the black polish. Iono. its weird.

  • i know i do, i do it when im bored, it entertains me XD lol

  • Good practise, and somehow it doesn't get boring

  • It's bad enough to cheat on your boots as it is, but this way will eventually ruin your boots dramaticly, you must be sad educating people to cheat.

  • Yeh it will crack, but not as quickly as real bulling. They look like the real thing as well, i lent them to a friend for his friday night show parade and at the end the inspecting officer actually asked my mate for advice on how to get his boots like that.I dont no if it ruins the boots and i dont really care, its not like im gonna be using them on exercise to keep my feet dry is it now ? Thats what Pro boots and Lowas are for !

  • dus it look exactly the same as bullin, dont want the result 2 look 2 much different thats all

  • Wow man. Nice. Never would've thought of that. I HATE shining my boots and now I have more time to iron my uniforms and other stuff. Where can I get some of that stuff?

  • Halfords lol

  • nice one man i hate spit shine'n my boots before i go on duty..question..does the lacquer crack once it dries? if it dont thats what im gonna start doin :D good vid

  • More than likely this stuff will surely crack, probably with the first step and flex of your boot, plus it will ruin the leather.

  • lol i wanna know to if it dunt ide do it =\ ???

  • nice one mate. im loving that. would never off thought of using that stuff. good drills!

  • Hey Globalpca14, thats very groove but does that ruin your boots does it make it crack of dry out? is it sare to use?

  • you fuckin showd that fucking tonanti216a

  • Lazy scruffy soldier? No. Just educated enough to realize that "bulling" your boots is a total and utter waste of time when you can just spray them and get the same effect, or better. I suppose your the kind of man Tonanti216a who still uses an abacus rather than a calculator. Perhaps the soldier could spend the time he saved on bulling his boots on a more useful subject, like tactical map reading for instance or weapon handling skills. We have a saying in the army , "Wind your fuckin neck in"

  • does it crack them or ruin them?

  • he might not have time so leav it

  • You must be the laziest most useless scruffiest soldier I have ever seen dare to own up to not being able to bull his own boots!! You are a disgrace to you Regiment, Company, Platoon and squad !! You should have joined the RAF

  • The RAF? Because they don't know how to do their shoes either... and are also too lazy to. Any DI or WO worth their salt will spot lacquered or non-bulled boots from several miles away.

  • By the way my other post was intended to be sarcastic. I'd take the pepsi challenge with your boots / parade shoes any day of the week.

  • but if you hve a very switched on raz man with a large mother fuckin stick all it takes is one tap and your fucked.

  • very good but when you get the order to move to the left in threes just make sure u dont bend ur feet

i tryed the trick of clear floor polish and black pen ink ? didnt fuckin know it was going to rain .. still could see where i was standing on the parade ground

  • do you think if you just sprayed the toe cap and not above then you wouldn't need to worry about cracks?

  • ok, dude what if you can't get new boots

  • Then your in some fucked up army that wont supply its troops with new boots!

  • That is a quik fix, but it probaly fucks up after a year of use

  • so?? just go to the QMs and get them exchanged, whats the point in spending hours of your weekend "bulling" your boots just cos you want to make them last longer, this is the 21st century dude, Halfords clear Lacquer all the way!

  • yeh they will crack, and you will have to spray them again after a parade, but hey, alls you gotta do is spray, is that so hard ?

  • How long does this last before you need to re do them? do they crack?

  • 'bout 5 quid !

  • globalpca14, you've just saved my weekend, cheers. How much is that stuff?

  • thats a neat idea, parade boots are just that you normally have 2 pairs parade and combat well thats what my mates used to do when they were in.

  • in response to xthewallhitmex

are you kidding me? yeh we all know that, but these are parade boots, not exercise boots so that "polishing" bullshit doesnt matter, they just need to look good

get back in your hole you wanna be RSM

  • the idea of bulling your boots it so that people can see you have polished them. the idea of polishing them it to stop them from drying out and cracking. if they do dry out they fall apart and you look like a right prat. also spraing laquer on them wont water proof them properly.
