This will force law enforcement to develope their communication skills and their interactions with the public. It will stop them from working from an ego and power hungry position. I understand what you mean but i've been watching videos like this and what I can seem get is that:
It is an entirely human and instinctive reaction when MOBBED by shouting/screaming strong males to physically 'retreat'. Then that reaction is 'resisting arrest' and leads to stamping on hands/feet, assualts with night stick/ tazer /punching /or all of the above. Which leads to further instinctive reaction.
The whole thing makes me feel queasy.

I can't really see how this is police brutality. I don't know the full situation but obviously something was occurring that warranted someone being arrested. If that person then resists arrest the police need to restrain them. Maintaining law and order isn't some cake walk.
