Well, we are a small group here in PH who are trying to do the same things but are faced with huge obstacles. Just thought you had a great concept and it seemed local govt was very supportive. Was looking to get some "white papers" so to speak to get things moving locally. Thanks for the reply.

Good question, but at least you have many names and access to the internet. Whoever you'd like to ask should not be hard to find.
