Oh, now you've done it! You've combined two of the most epic things on Earth to make an awesome display of God's power; Lord of the Rings and Antestor! WAY TO GO!!! Got any more brillaint ideas? :)
@Shadowzilla014 I would have to think about it, I like lord of the rings because it`s very spiritual, it`s not just a movie I chose to use, if you have ideas, you can tell me
really awesome dude! I love christian metal and Lord of the Rings. I think it's unfortunate that so many Christians are so prejudiced against Christians listening to or performing metal. Anyone with an open mind can see that God is clearly at work in this genre of music and that metal doesn'st automatically = Satanic
@Prelude1383 is that right? well, I wonder why those norweign black metalheads didn´t do one bit to Antestor when they appeared, they sent then killing threats way more than once and nothing happened
@Prelude1383 Leave nothing for the filth that serves the Enemy. All things belong to our Lord. We are taught to forgive, and yet you still spit in our faces? Do not blame us for the ruin you bring upon yourself.
Plus, there is a sense of comraderie among the Metal scene in Norway according to Extol-Christian and non-Christian. Plus, Hellhammer played session drums for Antestor before so he must have a different motive for doing Black Metal than @prelude1383 seems to think!
@Prelude1383 black metal was created to spread very dark and melodic metal around...not necessarily spread evil around, personally i do think that the christian black metal is a great thing because it stop the whole sterotype that people who listen to black metal are ready to kill you
@Virtuousmetal777 im orthodox man. but eventhough, dont be so fanatic. God says 'love'. but if you want to be fanatic, be so. im no one to tell you what to do.
@gastafary the problem is, that even the "evil spreaders" of norweign black metal went even farther than your opinion, they wanted to KILL the Antestor members anf guess what happened... nothing... Now these black metal killing ideas don´t scare us one bit anymore, hellhammer helped Antestor in their production and they were formed in Norway, not even under those circunstances, the "tuff black metalheads" did what they said they would do and Antestor didnt even care about the treads
@gastafary wrong...you're mixing/confusing music with religion man...they're completely different concepts...just listen to the music and let people believe in whatever they want to...these guys are pretty damn good musicians regardless of what their religious beliefs and that's all that matters...
@gastafary firstly, what is wrong with Christianity today? the past is the past, today Christianity doesn't affect you one way if you don't want it to....secondly, a genre is classified by the way it sounds, not it's lyrics...third, due to my two previous points, your argument has no merit
First I got pissed for the existence of these bands. Now i'm just laughing. WTF are these lyrics? ....LORD......GOD.....FIGHT AND DIE FOR THE LORD.....
Antestor, leave the scene you never entered. You tried, you failed, leave while you are still able too.
@klootzakisme actually, they didnt leave the scene even thoug they were treated to death in Norway, but no one ever did anything to them, so those guys who called thenselvs tuff because of their black "scary metal" could REALLY leave the scene they never entered first
heloooo frod have you READ any of the LOTR history books? the Silmarillion, perhaps?! the Christian connection practically slaps you in the face Illuvatar ( I think thats his name, its been a while) is the God if that world, and hte Valar are angles, Morgoth is Lucifer, gets jealous and overly ambitious, and gets kicked out. its completely allegorical
lord of the rings is by JK Rowling or something like that, he was Catholic, and he was a mentor to CS lewis, you should know who that is if you know your Christian Literature
didnt know that, but look, the song and the video totally fit each other, i see no reference to catholic gods or something like that, now if it was done by a satanic writer i would screw it from the project, im kinda planing to use Braveheart for the next, and think about the video, long haired warriors, night battle, demons, a white cloted man that defeats all the beasts at the end, an unblack metal song, dude i think they tottaly fit each other
yeah bravehart and christian metal would be a crazy combination ;) i just wonder wich song ill use, probably a holy blood one, since its folk like the movie
hum, well i dont know much about christian metalcore bands cause i always use to hear to craziest part (unblack, death, doom, etc) but give me one good band and ill see how i work it out
i know demon hunter is teh first christian band i ever heard, they r my favorites, i think you r gonna like my series "christian metal lyrics" look for then
the third part i think has a demon hunter song, and a good one, undying, u r gonna love those lyrics, all about the second coming of Christ (as far as i can tell)
you should check out Norma Jean sometime they're Christian and mathcore or something like that, but i think they are pretty beast, especially their early stuff.
The lyrics totally fit onto the battle. Great work! Putting subtitles in the video was a great idea. (I just wish more ppl would do the same for metalcore bands)
jajajaj Sure motherfuckers!

its a disgrace that christianity has gotten even into black metal.
it is our duty and our right to protect the music.
i think that these bands break the whole essence of black metal.
''spread the seed of evil'!!!!!!'
The band itself is a contradiction to what the music movement involves.
Black Metal was CREATED to STOP christianity's advance over pagan religions, and to stop the bloodshed towards ancient cultures.

Frod, there is no such thing as coincidence. Pay attention next time you say,"That is just coincidence." God is telling you something.
bdrewski211 1 year ago
Furthermore, Tolkien used no allegory in his writing of LOTR. Any connections to Christianity or Catholicism are merely coincidence.
AWESOME video, by the way. Great job.

Getting J.R.R. Tolkien mixed up with J.K Rowling is equivalent to a kick in the throat to all Tolkien fans.
But yeah, Tolkien and Lewis were extremely close friends.
