The only good tutorial i could find on this. One correction. To start capturing video you have to double click within the movie window you have selected.

When you want to record something a box comes up with all the information and it says record mac audio track select that and select microphone track after you finnish the movie the same thing comes up in the dialog at the end select the same thing then it will work

1) Shift apple 3

2) Then a pop up comes up

3) Choose: Screen, Objects, Selection, Movie

4) Select MOVIE

If nothing happens uninstall then reinstall.

Note shift apple 4 is also a screen capture with more control of the pic your taking.

I got it but how do I get the pop up to select to film the screen. I press shift, apple and 3 but it just akes a noise or captures a picture of the screen. What am I doin wrong?
