one of the most spamming ways to kill is to get that lazer gun that shoots green lazers and shoot an opponent continuosly. if on final destination or a flat ground with no obstacles, the opponent will die. awesome.

OH MY GOD! Soccer ball is my fav item in the game too (my best moment with it : throwing a laser gun into a rather far away soccer ball, and beat 2 caracters in one shot , and I wasn't even sure i would beat ONE caracter with that move xD. That was epic xD). And i use to play with items set to "few" with friends, because without it the game is boring (and "normal" mode is too hazardous imo, so that's a good compromise, even for high level play .

I've been to a Brawl tourney, but I don't like Brawl in general. I've been to numerous Melee tourneys however. Melee IC's + wobbling > Brawl IC's.

@ruhtraeel Brawl is really an acquired taste when it comes to going for the competitive level, it's comparable to the transition from MvC2 to MvC3, not everyone is going to like it. I understand where you're coming from tho, it's definitely not as frantic as Melee was, but it does have it's serious aspects people look for in a good fighter.

^I always choose FD with no item. Why ? it just shows who has some skills. Having item is fun, I agree, with my 3 buddies and items and all random it is so much fun. But what I hate the most is when I pwned my friend all game long and he find a godly item and kill me. Items are fun, but random. I hate the classification that anyone who plays with items is a tourney fag, and anyone who doesn't is a n00b. People can play how they want. IMO, no item stuff is basically practice for tourneys, where they ban the stuff. But hillarity is usually shown in items, which is why if there's not a tourney coming up, I always use items. It's FUN.
