If the government suspects that someone is a foreign radical purchasing bomb making materials, then ask for a warrant. Even if its in the middle of the night they can easily call a judge and get a warrant right away to track any suspicious activity.

you can get a warrant for that, easily. When was the last time the FISA Court turned down a request for a warrant? I don't think they ever have. If the government suspects that someone is a foreign radical purchasing bomb making materials, then ask for a warrant. Even if its in the middle of the night they can easily call a judge and get a warrant right away to track any suspicious activity.

But just the act of asking permission suggests that the government is subject to law and oversight. What's important is that the PRINCIPLE be established: they are accountable to no one.
