Уроды, когда получили независимость и все жители Латвии голосовали за независимость Латвии, в том числе русско говорящего населения они обманули их и не дали им гражданство, я сам живу в Латвии 23 года, и досих пор гос-ва не дало мне гражданство. Хотя мы не граждане платим те же налоги как граждане

R u freaking serious????? They will vote without understanding??????? Without understanding the whole thing? Yeah, the secrets of complicated Latvian politics are only intelligible for native latvians. I've never seen that video. Thanx for posting it. Love Latvia but thank God I'm out of it...

The situation in Latvia is horroble! I want that all world know it! Nazi in gopverment! Corruption! Americans amd rest of the world don't beleive that Latvia is 22 century country! The have a Nazi parade every march, 16! Almost half of the country, who was born in Latvia, don't have citizenship. Huge discrimination against russians(who were born in Latvia). Let's all world know this!

Latvian Nazis are going to collect fruits of their labor and it seams it's going to happen pretty soon. Youth is gone abroad to look for better life, businesses and people are taxed to death. Prices are 100% higher then in UK or USA. Salaries are 10 times lower then in US or UK. By denying right to vote to their own people, this group of people is leading Latvia to economic and social disaster.

The reason why Latvia won't give the citizenship for the aliens is that the country's economy now is in disaster.
From May 2004 when Latvia has joined EU more than 100 000 Latvians have left to work in UK, Norway and Ireland, which is almost 20% of economically active labour.
The non-citizens do no have the right to work in any countries in EU.
Since Latvian society is enjoying ethno-democratic society, governement does not want to open it's market for a cheaper labour.
