@01gt46 I'm going to cut my calories by 500 a day, But keep my protein pretty high. at least 200grams a day. when I bulked I gained 16lbs of muscle and still lost 6lbs of fat. So since I'm lifting pretty good, I'ma keep the lifts up. Just focus on building the cardio up again, running and what not. Eat a lot of carbs in the morning and keep them minimal throughout the day. How you been bro?

Lookin pretty good man, ive watched you from day one, youve lost alot of weight and gained a ton of muscle. Problem with me is the same you have the stomache its all about what you eat, and since i dont eat veggies/fruits/salad its hard to snack and loose the tummy fat, Nice to see you made a new vid keep us informed mate.
@skullkiller123 I appreciate it bro. Yea I remember talking to you often. I have just been busy with school. But I still work out six days a week. I'm getten the stomach to flatten out finally. Maybe now that I'm cutting again, I can at least get it flat.
@JayDeeofKrakInk Ive found that p90x abb ripper helps, after the work out i can feel the burn and latley i can feel my stoamche tightning up and feels hard, so hopefully abs on the way, im nearly same stats as you but im around 15% bf. Gl mate

@01gt46 oh yea, I'm thinking of using the ECA stack, ephedrine asprin and caffeine, I have done it before and lost 15lbs of fat which I kept off.
