  • I LOVE THIS VIDEO!!!!!! WAS THOSE 3 MEN WHITES?

  • People of botswana need to stand up and lay down the law to these racist White South Africans moving into their country and bringing their White Apartheid supremacy crap with them, trying to boss the local Botswana Blacks around.

  • @H1MLA I agree, but Botswanans need to be more productive and since they aren't they need foreigners from South Africa, China, Zimbabwe and other countries in order to move the economy in the right direction. In life one has to be productive and efficient, if you're not you will not be able to compete in a global economy.

  • Botswana feels a lot like a part of South Africa and im ashamed to live in Johannesburg but never having the opportunity of visiting Gabarone. But im planning to visit it more often in the near future.

  • Hi Bokete7, Love your video, very informal and informative at the same time. I've been to Botswana twice before i.e. Kasane, Chobe, Maun and Okavango Delta. I will be visiting again with my partner in March 2010, but this time plan to visit Gaborone. Do you have any advice on where to stay, etc?

    Thanks and stay well.

  • @ezequielc11 Hi was your comment replied?

  • @Nature29Born2Rhyme No, but we've already visited Botswana, which was a big disappointment as everything one reads in the European media about Botswana being an African economic miracle and a transparent democracy is a big lie. The towns were ugly non descript, which look like large industrial estates. The people were slow, lazy, they couldn't be bothered to have a conversation with anyone, in actual fact the laziest & most ignorant people we have ever met. No one had any initiative. Shame!

  • @ezequielc11 Wow! I am very sorry to hear that... I've actually never heard anyone say such about Botswana.. May I ask which part of Botswana you visited?

  • @Nature29Born2Rhyme Botswana is a beautiful country with awesome wildlife but that's where it stops. We visited Gaborone, Serowe, Maun, Nata, Kasane, Ghanzi, etc and did our trip as independent travellers. Botswana is a good example of how not to waste huge natural resources, a country with less than 2 million people and the roads are full of potholes, the road sides aren't readable because they have been bleached by the sun and not replaces because the people are either lazy or corrupt or both.

  • @Nature29Born2Rhyme For 40 years the government of BOtswana only took 3% of the diamond revenue, wow, who signed that deal? One of Khama's relatives probably, before diamonds were discovered he was a poor African cheaf living in a mud hut now his whole family are billionaires, explain that one somebody please. Botswana has never had good honest leaders and will never have them, but now you have a new problems! Lots of racists South Africans relocating to Botswana and bringing their racist views.

  • @ezequielc11 Haha. Yes, I know all about whats happening here seeing as I have lived here most of my life. I was more concerned as to why you didnt enjoy your stay. Although I must inform you, Not all of his family are billionares. Yes their are many racist south africans here now & many Zimbabwean refugees & many nigerian con artists etc. There will always be problems & I would never claim Botswana is perfect. It is far from it. I am just sad that you didnt see the beauty that it does have.

  • @Nature29Born2Rhyme We did see Botswana's beauty, we visited Nxai Pans, Baines Baobabs, Chove and Moremi, in fact it was my 4th visit to Bots. What a let down , walking around dragging their feet, everything was too much of an effort to them, even saying hello. 2 million people, billions of dollars in diamond revenue and the country is a disaster. People on the buses eating the grease chicken licken and wiping their hands on the seat covers and bus curtains, then dumping the bones on the floor.

  • @ezequielc11 Do you have an identity crisis? How can you hate a place so much and visit everytime? Is it jealous or what? that makes you say such unwise things about a place. Try and learn about the coutnry's history and where they started from and then you will find out that you are the one with a problem.. people didnt talk to you probably coz they could tell that you are ignorant.. been there many times but i think it still is a good example for many African nations..

  • @intrepeco I don't hate Botswana but love it. It's the people who are lazy and bone idle, this is something that is commonly talked about by travellers in Botswana. At the Khama Rhino Sanctuary yet another example of a bone idle Botswana male who wouldn't even assist my girlfriend with her 15 kilo backpack while he dragged his feet to the 4x4. I could mention endless of examples of lazy bone idle Botswana males and their behaviour. They should visit Namibia and see how things should be done.

  • @ezequielc11 I think you went to a place with your girlfriend to impress her on how high Batswana people would jump on your presense. You were kind of wrong coz in Bots you carry your own backback. I have worked as a guide myself, and i surely know your type. people who forget they are on holiday and look for excuses to obtain a refund from their Travel agents.

  • @intrepeco Neither a Namibian or a Boer & travelled independently. Are you saying that it's ok for a man employed by a resort to allow a woman to carry her backback to the 4x4 and then hang around waiting for a tip? Is this the way Botswanans behave? Khama has no chance of diversifying the economy because there isn't the workforce to operate it. Sadly it will have to be the South Africans, Chinese, Indians who will continue to move the economy as they are productive and have the capital.

  • @ezequielc11 I ratherBotswanans do things themselves, than allow a bunch of racists into their nation to abused and insult their people. If they need expert advice, they can always bring in Black Europeans and Black North Americans to develop their economy further. As opposed to racist Boers and others who think they are superior to Blacks.

  • @H1MLA This was in 1895

  • @ezequielc11 If you needed one anyways coz I have a hunch you are from Namibia and visited Botswana as you could even walk across! Are you one of those remaining Boers in Namibia whose hearts burn on a Kingdom lost?

  • @intrepeco Accept the facts and ask yourself why Botswana is in the state it is despite a low population and huge wealth! Why? And stop blaming others and just do it, get up early in the morning and be productive, be better than the Boers, or the Chinese or the Indians, just be productive for God sake. Have the ambition to do things . . . .

  • @ezequielc11 Leave these people alone after giving them some credit. they have come a long way. the reason why they have done so much for themselves is because they were ignored; like you do. even the British didnt know the country hid such wealth under those sands! they are only 44 years old and started from scratch. let them do things their own way. you rush pple when you want to exploit them. besides they havent begged from you or have they?

  • @ezequielc11 the chinese and indians have left impoverished societies too.. they are a few that managed to run away and make lives for themselves same as batswana who own businesses.. only coz one guy didnt like you well enough to carry your back back doesnt make all chinese or indians rich where they are. About how they engage in mining and how much they get I would suggest you get info from Debswana.

  • @intrepeco CHINA , INDIA AND ALL ASIAN . THEY PAY FOR WORKS $ 0,10 CENTS PER HOUR ( USA ) DOLLAR. $ 0,80 CENTS PER DAY . THIS IS SLAVERY SALARY!

GO IN GOOGLE AND PUT :

CHINA SLAVERY SALARY. INDIA SLAVERY SALARY.

    SEE YOUR SELF.

  • @wakeups2012 Who cares? just leave the Batswana alone.. they dont bother nobody .. it is you losers always snooping in people's backyards looking for gossip.. get a life somehow.. or get lost.

  • @intrepeco CAN YOU SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!

  • @wakeups2012 You are the one who should shut up or find some ignorant bastards in here who think being a Chinese and loitering the streets in Africa selling a handfull of shirts all the way from China is being rich. Educate your friends such as Ezequielc11 who is mad coz he didnt get his ass employed by the Botswanan govt as he was looking for a job there but claims he was a tourist!

  • @intrepeco NOW CAN YOU SHUP UT YOUR ASS ! YOU TALK TO MUCH BULLSHEET!!!!!!!!

  • @wakeups2012 If you know you are uninformed dont try to write your nonsense in here especially about things you dont know.. And yes learn how to write properly.. Stupid A. H.
