@onstageagain Whether you smoke or not, or hate it or not, if you're an american you should be against this. If you support freedom you should be against this. It's government sanctioned prejudice. Liberty is something that should not depend on how politically correct it is. Voltaire once said "I disagree with what you say, but I will defend to death your right to say it." This is a similar situation. You may disagree with smoking, but you should defend the right to do it.

@turtlesarecool99 I defend Ur right to defecate , & urinate but not on the side walk where I am walking. U may see this as being a ridiculous example. I think the example is a perfect one. Feces can also be poison , just a smoke is poison ! Most public toilets have disappeared on the streets.

U can't just run in from the street & Use a rest room any more , most are kept under lock and key. However , I defend Ur right to do it. I also back up the new law of not smoking.

Since this is a democracy, subjective questions like the law we are speaking of R best decided by the vote of the majority. Since the people have not yet voted that way of decision making out, we will operate from the position that R country still has majority wins laws.

Well Laguna is one of the most expensive places to live in Ca . as is Newport Beach, Ca where I own a home. 1 of the most expensive places to live in the US.
