Creative idea but also a good rain catcher through your engine and flood and rust everything. i have the same idea to my hood but decided not to do it since i don't want my engine bay to rust.
@ken350z This car is NOT a daily driver,it doesnt even get driven in the rain!! i dont take it out if its cloudy and if it does start to sprinkle i bring it home to my garage.
I gotta say I have look at a TON of eclipses decked out and modded but none of them really got original style or flavor, yours is the first to wow me. 5 Stars man!! @dirtykidsz Thank You!! It wasnt that hard to make really..made a template of a diamond and then traced it on my hood 3 times to make the logo then cut it out with a grinder. i was able to slide mesh inserts between the support bars under the hood. put some trim on the edges after smoothing them out and wallah! lol
Hi i got a question about your lambo doors i got an eclipse like yours but i want to know after you put the bodykit whenever you want to change the shocks from the lambo doors do you have to take the fender out or can you replace it just by having the door open please help me out if u know thanks im from minnesota

@zacboat33 thanks! no i cut the hood myself and i spent maybe $10 on the chrome trim. took me abit of time to cut it and shave the wiper spray holes but not long

Beautiful car, man. I've got a 95 GS-T I've had for a few months, but haven't done too much to it. Enkei rims, but that's about it. New brakes, exhaust, and maybe a modest body kit on the agenda, but ehh...who knows?
Anyway, that's gotta be one of the better 2G's I've ever seen, cosmetically. Well done.

@kennykid25 Thanks Alot man, it does have the 420a. ive got a 74 nova thats in paint right now and once i get it paid for and a few other little things im going to turbo it. i got the carbon fiber wipercowl and center console side panels off of an ebay company. search eclipse carbon fiber and you should be able to find the company,think it was realcarbonfiber.
@TunerStylz a buddie of mine did it so really not much. lol :) benefits of having friends! normally itd probably be like $3-$3,500. with it being cleared,wet sanded and buffed

@CaseyTheDrummerBoy i bought the car for about $4800 like 4 years ago. Ive probably got about $7000 in actual cash but id say around $15,000.00 in cash and labor. ive done alot of the work and buddies have also helped me so the parts/paint/work has been outta love!!

Whats going on man, the work is great, and Im glad you actually done it right. Im done doing bodykits, those days are over for me. Once I finish school I will hopefully be getting another eclipse and just doing all motor work to it. I have the opportunity to buy a 97 eclipse gsx with 40k miles on it in about a yr. Hopefully when the guy sells it he doesnt kill me on the price, but its what ever. Keep up the good work.
