They announced it somewhere I believe, I honestly don't remember the source. They stated that Wrex will return in the 2nd installment, but not as a playable squad member.

I believe if you check the Mass Effect wiki it'll have some sources on that. Btw, the human male has already been announced to be Jacob Taylor, so there's only 2 left I believe.

Found the achievement of the game posted, and from those could make out who the last two are from the rumor. The Salarian scientist that I forgot the name (professor in achievement) and Legion (the Geth that you seen in one of the trailer, who happen to be the recovered geth technology in achievement)

So no Wrex or Liara in the team for sure =(

That's why they have so many characters with similar abilities, so that you don't feel obligated to take everyone in. Remember in Dragon Age you could tell people you want them to leave your group anyway if you don't like them, and some left if they really didn't like you.

Well I'm sure your a fan of the 5 min elevator rides, lame personalities, and the slow combat of Mass Effect, but Mass Effect 2 is doing everything bigger and better.
