Look up videos here by the Consumer Warning Network on Produce the Note and Attorney Neil Garfield on Assignment of Mortgage and other videos. MSFRAUD.ORG is a great educational site too. Facebook has a chat group too called Homeowners against mortgage servicing fraud.

Folks, hire an attorney that get's it. Many of the MBS's loans were paid off in the Wall Street ponzi schemes and you are paying a servicing co. that does not own your loan. ONLY your loan note owner can change, modify your original IOU loan note. Are they involved in approving this deal? NO! Many folks refi away only to get the same again! Educate yourselves.

Yeah, right! Let's see... the banks commit major mortgage fraud creating mortgage backed securities and co. has you create a new loan? So, when you sign it what becomes of any fraud claims you have on the fraudster banks like BOA that got you into this boat?

Wow, what a rarety to see a mortgage company that actually puts people BEFORE profits, and cares about their customers. The short refi is amazing. I'm glad to see that people can be helped and homes can be saved. Looking forward to going through the process with Robert and Affinity Lending Group.
