It seems you don't know the chance of getting the wrong item is (in percent) the brave score of the character. Please do as I do in the video: lower its brave to exactely ten, the minimum before turning into a chicken.

Thanks for posting! I got the items on my first try. Your right about lowering ramzas brave. I got it down to 15, got the items and then used shout to raise it to 100 before i won the battle :) The only trouble I had was not killing the construct before i got my brave back up. maybe a chemist would've helped with that.
those items are incredible! I went from 300 to 600 average damage with javelen.
i tried this last night, got killed everytime by 7, had everyone with item as subjob, this video makes me feel like a tard.. lol ty for the post, btw, howd you get the persuade to work 100% of the time? is it cus your lvl 99?
It is only luck, if you watch carefully the video you will see I have only a 57% success.
Persuade depends only of tow things : the magical power of the character using it and the zodiacal compatibility between the two characters. But by reducing 7's speed to 1 I give my wizard a lot of oportunities to prevent T from acting.
And why Rafa ? Because she has low brave ? I don't see why using three times foxbird is "difficult". And with a brave of 30, the probability of getting the four rare items is only 24.01%, while with my brave score lessened to 10 I have 65,61% chances of success.

lvl 35 Beowulf Temple Knight >> (Default, Chicken, Break) White Magic (Cure 2), Absorb used MP, Gained JP Up, Move+1

Math skill is not necessary, it's just an easy way to dispose from the cokatrices.
The thing important to do is to get the treasure hunter to a brave score of exactely 10.

Sounds like your boyfriend want to know the X Y coordinates for the items on the map. The maps are grid based.
the shield is X-2 Y-3
the javelin is X-6 Y-3
well im sure ur bf figured it out by now.

Naganrock is a sword that turns them into a toad, it only does 24 damage..

It does 24 damage if your character's PA is 24.
Damage with a sword = Weapon Power * Physical Attack

If you do as I show, the probability of getting all the good items should be 65,61%.
But the bad item with the Nagrarock is an Elixir. You can raise your brave before getting it if you prefer.
