The HIGHLY "SECRET" project Mogul was an ENORMOUS 600ft long train of shiny balloons and tinfoil floating uncontrollably across the western united states at the mercy of the wind. Does this seem like an easily kept secret? Furthermore, why has no person (ever) claimed to have seen this during the time in question? Where are the people that said, "My gawd! It was amazing!
