It isn't a movie it's the now cancelled tv show called terminator: the sarah connor chronicles. I have to agree with sage2000 some of the dialogue and story weren't that great but the fight scenes were always kick ass. Though I wouldn't call the show crappy

This fights looks stupid as a terminator fights because terminators must not have emotions of anger (like in the first scene) or other emotions. And also it's not so brutal as a fights with T-1000 and T-800.

Best guess would be that after being hurled to the ground, they require a second to process everything that's going on, before being able to retaliate. They're only computers, so a sudden jolt could disorient them, as the T-8xx series was never made to fight against other terminators.

Not all Internet is high-speed for instance so neither is a robot
