no, it was Moe green, the owner of some casino in Vegas. Don Stracci is the Don who gets shot in the elevator. That's funny though. When I did this mission, I didn't know clemenza would be down there waiting to shoot him in the elevator, and so I just shot them up with the street sweeper before he did :P
