  • hi

  • i have 3 budgies

  • looks like theyre at a meeting

blue bird- so when should we escape

green bird - lets try when hes not looking

yellow bird- yea, lets go right thru that window

    white bird- yea great plan

yellow bird all the way on the ryt- im not a part of this

  • I love spending time with my birdies while they are out and about flying. I did have a question (though to some it might seem silly), on the inner right there is a pale yellow budgie, and I was wondering what type of coloring is that? I know all about the patterns and bases and such...but I'm not really good at doing it when I see the birds! I thought it was beautiful, and was just curious as to it's genetics. Thanks!

  • @EA1088 hi the budgie on the rite side of the flock would be buttercup she is a yellow faced albion which I did not know even there was one until I got her If you go to my profile page here on you tube there is a link to my bird page there you can see more pictures of her glad you liked my video

  • I noticed one of your budgies, the blue and white one on the bottom, opening his wings, meaning he was a little warm. My budgies always did that during the summer, when it got very hot in the apartment we were living in. Beautiful birds, by the way.

  • Love the way they hang out.

  • Omg, the first 5 in the front look like the birds i have :D

  • Hahahaha, Everytime my budgie hears this he goes really nuts and trys to attack the person sitting at the computer, or sometimes he trys to attack JUST the computer LOL!!!

But anyways... So cute .. <3 and oh yeah he starts going snakey in his cage and trys to talk to the birds on the computer . <3

    SOO ADORABLE!! .

  • lol, yeah, mine is trying to feed the speaker right now.

  • LOL haha! To cute!!

  • lol it looks like theyre at a meeting.

  • polly want a cracker lol! SO cute

  • looks like they're having a debate over something

  • Other than that, they seem like lovely birds and its nice that they are allowed out of their cage too :) im just saying that personally i dont agree with wing clipping - they look nicer with full wings too

  • sometimes its for their own safety. I love my bird with full-wings, but when I go to my parents house, he likes to fly right up to our african grey. All it takes is one chomp and bye-bye birdy. Our cockatiels run right into things when they have their wings full-grown. The tiniest peep from our sun conure sends them flying around the house, running into walls and windows. Again, sometimes it's just safer

  • I have to say that i disagree with clipping a birds wings so that they stay tame... thats almost like breaking somebodys leg so they cant run away, just so that they can be friends with you.

When we bought out budgies they were 'hand reared', they were terrified of hands and one had broken toes cause they tried to fly but their wings were clipped :( the other had a big scab on her chest from falling to the floor. Im just saying that birds should be friends with you because they want to be :)

  • hi

the birds wings are clipped only for the first 6 months or so once there new flight wings grow back in I leave them, unless we are moving than they get clipped again for saftey. this gives the birds enought time to get used to us as well as there birdy friends

  • i agree to

  • They are all SO cute. I love the way budgies are so nice and sociable to each other.

  • when budgies wings are clipped and they try to fly its like a giant hop

  • the birds talking :)

  • pretty birds!!

  • i feel the wings are cut. did you cut them?

  • yes I do cut them read all of the replys to see why

  • Hahah it looks like they are planning

  • mmm

    Why the wings r clipped??????????????????

plz let the budgies be normal and enjoy flying

    thanx

    Ahmed, LA

  • they can still fly just not so much as to lose one out an open door & there easier to keep tame this way

  • ohh cute!

  • how cute there haveing a mother meeting lol

  • you own all those

    how cute!!

  • I cut there wings to keep them tame to me & my kids

  • Why do you clap the wings???
