@patwic92 That is a good point, but a better point is all the overwhelming evidence that it was an inside job. Building seven for example, plus so very much more. All this better evidence remains and thus this intricate plan, while difficult to accept, it not refuted.

@ProtoMario That was a Blank Firing Adapter. It's used to stop the gas from escaping out so the bolt can reset. Usually the round leaving the barrel stops the gas and resets it but when firing blanks, there isn't one.
