too bad the pen doesn't update. In fact there is nowhere to get the drivers to install the Pen when you plug it in your PC. Its will always be in PST and the claim that it is up-datable is false advertisement. My mom got this for my son last Christmas (2008) and we ended up returning it. Unless they fixed these issues (I doubt) they did, I recommend staying away from this globe.

@WdnUlik2no If You have a 2006 smart globe it is only windows XP Compatable.

I recomend the smartGlobe 3 which is the newest model. which is XP and vista compatable.
