Oh my mistake...yea i just looked that up and the manga was just like a prologue but wasnt the official prologue to the film.Yea your were right about clover being awakened by the satellite.Since he was in the atalantic ocean and J.J. stated it was a being that already existed on the earth.Like an ancient species that had remained hidden for a large ammount of time.And he stated that there could have been more that werent discovered yet.
