i know friends who've had the government controled there cell phone's. when the phone was off, but the battery was still in. it was turned on and there were new txt messages on his phone (in one instance). this person disassembled his phone and stayed off of it for a month and the problem happened two more times. it was a local law office trying to track him down for something.

the government will always upgrade its tactics. just to control the people. when they are doing much worse things sitting in there office ordering out things we don't hear about. passports have RFID tracking technology in the cover, and im pretty sure even some new bank notes have RFID tech in lower denominations to reach all financial classes.

dont take a mobile phone or any other digital device, or if you must remove the battery from the phone so a remote source cant access the battery supply to transmit signal without you knowing.

Stracking a cell phone with "Mrtracker" from mrxsystem site.... cost 9 dollars but its better if you espicially want to track you partner google "mrtracker" ENJOY .

If you want to transverse and not give up your location you can place your fon in a layer of al foil it will insure the fon can't communicate with anything satellite or tower. Draw back you can't make any calls I am not sure if the fon will be listed as mia or it would be considered in a dead zone. You could go into a secure area that don't allow signals to reach your fon place it in a foil then take another fon out the foil.

When you return swap fon again never take both out at the same time.
