Re: the small discrepancies you noted in the loan calcs, that is because Version 14 of this software uses US payment and amortization calculations only, while you were using Canadian. The new Version 15 (now called Professional Edition) gives you the option of US or Canadian loan calcs, as well as metric measures and international currency symbols.
The Professional Edition also includes many features suitable for use with commercial property as well as residential.
